I have been trying to contact this company, now four emails and submitting their contact form a number of times. I purchased 3 of their salty chocolate bars from Holland & Barrett, Norwich, two of which were congealed into a solid discoloured bar, not like their normal squared format. I am hugely disappointed not just with the faulty bars - more with the lack of response to my customer complaint. Appalling customer service and I shall not be buying their chocolate again, I was a regular buyer, probably purchased 1 bar a week!

Unfortunately, the worst experience of online shopping I have ever had. My urgent emails regarding my damaged and inedible delivery have mostly been ignored apart from 1 which was replied to days later with no offer of a return process or resolution for the situation.
Left assuming that they sent me damaged stock and have no intention of sorting it out.
I will update this if they ever deal with the problem but customer service has been awful hitherto.

Update:- Received a refund. Without comment or apology. Grateful that I've been spared the trouble of taking further action.

Great tasting chocolates but I’m extremely concerned to read about the levels of lead found in new research, compared to other ‘healthy’ chocolate brands. Please consider reformulating because as much as I love your chocolate, I won’t put my body through harm.

i love it till the new patch i orderd more hazelnut ones , but i was most disapointed after the first bit it is not the same choclate and for sure the hazelnut has disapeared , shame it is cetting as bad as all other companies ,sneaky change ,just like cadboury when they bought green and black , never will buy it again , consumer can taste the change

I eat 3 bars of the Cashew Butter per day! Why are they so addictive? Absolutely love these!!! Can’t go back to bog standard chocolate now as can easily taste the ‘nastiest’ in them now!

I made the mistake of subscribing. I have emailed multiple times asking them to pause my subscription - they don't reply to the emails and just keep charging my card/sending the product.

Had horrible poisoning from their Back to human chocolate: Sea Salt and Vanilla Crunch
Then found out their chocolate is the highest in containing lead and cadmium exceeding any norm. It made sense why I was so sick my liver couldn’t take it.Took me days to detox.
And they doing nothing about it to adress.

Whilst I have been buying HU Chocolate for half a year now, I purchase through the hukitchen website for the first time during a sale recently (As they are usually cheaper in stores). HU bars are absolutely incredible and since switching the more natural raw bars, everything else tastes so fake and artificial. So I recommend HU to anyone who is looking to make a health switch from other sweet foods.
