Hughes Manchester Arvostelua

Quick delivery. Helpfully answered enquiry about washing instructions. On the other hand the washing instructions. should be sewn in the dress. I thought the dress design poor but it was cheap

The jumper is very soft and cosy and is a very good fit

Happy, thank you.

Excellent quality garment, my wife was well pleased.

Really good service
Material on dress not as nice as I expected ( a bit thin), but looks good on.

Very pleased with the purchase I made, lovely comfy jumper, love the colour aswell.Thankyou Hughs of Manchester.

Soft and comfortable

Good product.
Good fit, refreshing to be able to get shoes in 2 1/2.

You changed my shoes with good grace as I had ordered the wrong size. The shoes are so comfortable and easy to wear. Thank you so much for excellent service and a brilliant product. Thank you.

Apologies for previous e mail - item has arrived but took a long time to arrive.

My Wife was very pleased with the jumper and gave one to our Daughter who also thought it was superb.

Love the shoes very comfortable was delivered at the door . But I’m still waiting for 2 more pairs of sandals which I have not yet received please can you check when I will get the delivery the money has already been taken from my account

I had selected the wrong shoe size when placing the order
Customer service were very good in correcting the error when I emailed them and the correct shoes were delivered

Was not aware the length of delivery time.
However, once received the shoes are perfect, good size and fit, very classy

I have also been disgusted that this company isn't in Manchester! It's based in China. But I was taken in Hook line and sinker! The only reason I've given 2 stars is because I'm keeping the shoes. Not sure how long they will last but they are comfortable but only because I ordered a larger size luckily. They certainly aren't 41. The lesson I have learnt is to check out the reviews before ordering. Incidentally the shoes are definitely not orthopaedic and definitely not true sizes either. I take a 39, but ordered 41. They fit fine but if I had ordered my true size I would have lost my money as returning them is too costly!

Nothing to much trouble, service excellent 😃 I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from you again. Thank you 😃

The shoes are absolutely great for me. The delivery was a bit slow but not too bad. Would recommend you to my friends.

Just would have liked a bigger size which you didn’t do but I have worn them, just hard to get on, but once on their fine.

Lovely soft leather as described . Shipped quickly .
Perfect fitting

It was easy to order and delivered when said and pleased with my jumperb
