Hughes Manchester Arvostelua 225

This company is based in China not Manchester. The shoes I ordered were poor quality and extremely uncomfortable.
I emailed requesting to return them and was offered 10% refund then 20% then 30%. I insisted on a full refund and was given a random address in China. My shoes have never been delivered and I have been unable to get any information from Royal Mail.
This company really needs to be stopped.

Omg, taken in hook line and sinker, false company info of 20yrs in the trade, what the forgot to add was 20yrs ripping off customers! Chinese rubbish, bought a puffer jacket for my wife at Christmas and no puff ! So upset i can't tell you, 2 dsys before Christmas. Now I'll be asked to pay the shipping which will be more than the price of the coat. Then 10% discount if i keep it, then another offer. When are these chinese companies going to be penalised and stopped from advertising and ripping the uk off.

Update...contacted 1 day after receiving, numerous emails backwards and forward. Somehow using the miss conception that a 14 day in store policy is staute! It's not. Your consumer rights are, if a company sell an item unfit for purpose, or miss sold you are entitled to a full refund. If they refuse ask your bank for a chargeback.

Again response from Claire after paying nearly £23 for postage from a post office after being weighed it is now in China being held until I pay the balance. I am not sure what the balance is however this company is NOT based in Manchester and according to the feedback Customs and Excise should be aware. This company should be closed before other innocent people use it. 4 months and counting it should be less than 1 star!!!!

If there was a minus score possible I would be using it. The company returns policy is a sham. I receive a jumper equivilent to a uk size 10 when we had order ed a XL / 18 in the size guide in their advertisement. I asked for a refund. They said I could reselect from their site. Nothing was suitable so I asked for a refund. To get a refund I was told I need to send the jumper to their factory in China. At my expense. Apparently this is stated on their website. Please avoid dealing with company at all costs. They just want your money.

This is a Christmas present for my wife the service was good 👍 I just hope it fits !!! ( can I return it for a another size if it doesn’t fit !!! ).

I need to return 3 jumpers (2 of which I didn’t order!). All are not as advertised, are very poor quality. Does anyone have a return address for this company as no confirmation email or delivery note included with the goods and I now can’t seem to find them on Facebook?

Never ever again will buy from this place. I purchased 1 pair of shoes wonderful. Ordered for for several friends didnt fit. Waiting for a replacement told need order number which I dont know. Gave them make size colour still no joy. Will have to reimburse a friend with my own money as this saga has gone on for weeks.

I saw a nice coat I think it was instagram I ordered it before I looked up the company Hughes Manchester. It took a while to get here. It’s turned up and it was nothing like the one I saw advertised otherwise I wouldn’t bought it. The material was hard and it was smaller in size. It was terrible thing and I emailed Hughes and they said that the 14 days return policy is over and I couldn’t get a refund. Don’t buy anything from the company it needs to be shut down.

The jumper advertised on Facebook was not what I received. Totally different neckline and too small for a 12/14. Nothing like what the model wears or how it looks. I wished I had read the reviews beforehand thinking that this was local. It’s either a scam or just bad advertising 😡
