Great experience! The Rep David assisted getting our vehicle here by working on changing the dates and finding us the best driver for the job. The driver came on time and had great customer service! This is my second time using Huck and I will use them again!

Wonderful Experience with Harry! Shipped my car from CA to MA. Harry was with me every step of the way, he was extremely helpful and was ready to answer any question I had. My car got picked up and delivered on time, just as Harry promised. I am very thankful for him and his team making this move extremely easy! Will definitely be using them again!

I had a great experience. The rep that worked with me, Alex Fletcher, helped so much. I was in urgency to get a car towed from San Diego to Vegas in a limited time, and he got it coordinated. He was kind, persistent, and effective. Glad I went with this company. Saved me the headache and trouble of trying to get it done myself. Would recommend. One tip I learned was to make sure you provide information on where the car is located for original pick up. It will save the driver some time, ensuring they are able to fit in the area.

We had trouble with another shipper for three days and needed immediate help to urgently ship a Minivan. I called Daniel on Tuesday and he dropped everything to help us. 20 minutes later he called back and secured a transport that arrived at our house in Virginia 4 hours later. The Van was delivered in Alabama 24 hours after my first call. It was an amazing experience and Daniel did an excellent job. He follows the whole process through to the end. The following Sunday we were able to donate and Give the Van away to a family at a special event. I am not sure if Daniel did not help us if this event would have happened. He also got a deal $300 less than what was quoted by the other shipper. I would highly reccomend Daniel to ship your vehicle, I will definately use him for my future needs.

Never trust a company that demands a down payment via Zelle.. this part of this story is on me as I was attempting to book a car transport while also at work.

This company is a complete scam and should be avoided at all costs, just find somebody else and save yourself the stolen dollars.

After being scammed with the Zelle debacle I did some more research when I had the time.. All of the employees use fake names.. "Bill Smith, Jimmy John, Zack James, etc." I even looked at the street view images of their address because it is actually listed in my home town.. looks like an abandoned building on the side of the highway.

After making the poor judgement call of sending the deposit money via zelle (I was in a pinch and felt desperate, NEVER DO THIS), within four hours I asked for a refund and told "Bill Smith" I was uncomfortable with the situation.

Bill told me not to worry and provided me with a driver's number and said it was some guy named muhammad. He claimed that the deposit went to muhammad the driver (this is a lie, the broker takes the deposit, the driver gets paid at drop off). Ofcourse, muhammad never responded to multiple calls or texts from me, he likely didn't exist. I was upset ofcourse, and told bill I would write this review exposing them. For the first time in our interactions he quickly responded telling me his "legal department" would take action against me for writing this truthful review. Hilarious

After a day or two Bill said he would cancel my order and send my refund request to his "management team". 8 days go by with no word and I reached out to Bill on a daily basis. Finally I get an email stating that not only was I charged $200 for canceling four hours from the moment I was initially scammed, but I owed them $50 more, but they were willing to absorb that amount out of the kindness of their hearts.

First off I should’ve went with my first mind. After reading the comments everything that they other customers went through. I experience the same first they give you a quote that is cheaper. Then you pay your deposit then the tell you that a driver is scheduled to pick your car up. No show then when you call back they don’t answer when they decide to call you back. They come with the driver needs more money to ship the car. But you sign a contract with the original price that is much cheaper. I figured it out that the scam to get you to pay a deposit. And don’t have no intention in shipping your car. Unless you go for the higher price they come back with you on after giving you one price. So rather they ship your car or not they still get paid by keep your deposit. So if you ever need an auto transportation please stay away from Huck logistic LLC DBA Uber Car Shipping. Just stay away trust me.

I got a quote of $370 to ship a vehicle from NJ to TN. Paid the $100 deposit. They contacted me two days later and said they didn't have a driver lined up yet, but if I wanted to pay more money they could find someone sooner. I declined, realizing it was a scam, I decided to book a flight and go pick it up myself. I cancelled with them immediately and when I contacted them for a refund because it CLEARLY states in the contract that you have to cancel 15 days prior to agreed-upon pickup date and we didn't have a pickup date set. It was only after they saw my negative review, called and text me 18x, that they decided to give me a refund. If anyone offers you to ship a vehicle for less than $1000, it's 100% a scam.
