This app is a scam. Don’t get taken like I did. I worked at trying to get ONE watch face for four hours without any success. Nothing worked. I emailed the company and asked for a refund. The response was that they cancelled the app but would not refund. So I did not have the app nor my money. Don’t be fooled by their ads saying there were thousands of satisfied customers. Just read the reviews here and on the Apple App Store. Somebody is lying. And I would guess any positive reviews were manufactured by the scammer. Don’t get taken like I was. I was contacted by the developer and told that the rules are outlined before purchasing the app. Un fortunately they did not outline any rules about app not working, So their rules, applied by the developer are basically if the app doesn't work, we keep the money and cancel the app. That just sounds like more con talk from a slimely developer. I stand by my original review, this app is something that no one should buy. Don't believe any positive reviews.

what a scam!!!! I never received a single watch face but have been charged $9.99 each week for months. It is nearly impossible to cancel. I even cancelled the card but they managed to find another one of my cards and continued to charge.

They tried to charge me 29.99 but it was withheld. Then they tried another, larger charge, but my bank in Spain (Santander) automatically blocked it due to security policy and notified me by the app and email. Either way I’m reporting it to Apple Pay.

Can I write 0 i was never ever able to get the watch faces & there was no place to return the order. Don't go near these people. It was supposed to be $3.99 for Christmas watch faces one time! Not 29.99 monthly forever!

Do not touch these with a barge poll. They advertise goods for £0.99 and then charge £46.97 and although cancel subscription that I didn’t realise I’d signed up for, refuse to refund and not received said watch faces, not that I want them.

I started using a watch faces app from this company, paying £3.99 for the first month, which was a special deal.

After trying the app, I wasn’t too happy and decided to cancel the subscription.

The next day, I was checking my account and saw that Festiva had taken out three amounts for a total of £43.97. When I checked my Apple Pay, it turned out the same company had taken an extra £39.98.

I don’t think my card provider will refund me those charges because I used my phone to pay for the £3.99.

Do not use this company not only do the watch faces not stay on your Apple Watch it is a scam what you think you are paying €3.99 they have taken €26.36 absolutely no mention of a subscription. Avoid at all costs!

You flackers seem to have all of my credit numbers and now you are scamming me big time. All internet feeds state that you are crooks. Now I believe it.

A couple of days ago I ordered Apple Watch face app. You flacked me big time. I got nothing except to have my credit card charged. Now, that pisses me off.

Attached are my bank statements showing what I paid you for your scam.i never received what I Paid for.

The same. Charge me 29.99 for subscription. But when I purchase there was nothing about it. I was sure that this was one time payment. Don’t buy anything from them. Difficult to cancel the subscription nothing ine the app or website.

This is a scam also. Started charging me 29.99 monthly and I can reach them to cancel.
