HSL Chairs - Bath Arvostelua

All the staff were brilliant. Everyone was kind and patient and friendly. We were offered something to drink, which was great because it was a very hot day.
Tammy was so understands and understood exactly our needs and had all the information to take us through the process from beginning to end. We would highly recommend this store and will definitely go again.

Brilliant staff, very knowledgable and patient with my elderly mother.

Very helpful staff ! Lady was efficient & not too long doing order !
!

A well stocked showroom and helpful knowledgeable staff who took time to understand my requirements and to advise on the best suited recliner chairs for me. Would recommend this store.

Very helpful, friendly customer service with no pressure to buy. The sales assistant, Julie, listened to our specific needs, offered very sound advice and showed us the most suitable recliner chairs. We were offered refreshments and given time and space to consider our options.

I don’t want to

The two customer service advisers were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, patient & there was no pressure to buy. Sorry I’ve forgotten their names.

Very helpful, friendly and professional staff. Visited twice before making a decision and were under no pressure to purchase. Our second visit coincided with a very hot day and we were offered refreshments.

Good instructions and getting the right size chair for me. Expensive but you get what you pay for.

Here’s a natural and human-sounding Trustpilot review you can use:
We recently purchased a chair from HSL and honestly couldn’t be happier. The comfort, support, and quality are excellent, especially for elderly people who need a proper supportive recliner chair. The staff were patient, knowledgeable, and helped us choose the right chair without any pressure.
The rise and recline function is very smooth, and the chair has made everyday life much more comfortable. You can really feel the difference compared to ordinary furniture. Highly recommend HSL for anyone looking for comfortable chairs for older people, mobility support chairs, or quality recliner chairs.

Staff very polite and nothing too much trouble
Haven’t had my order yet

The sales team were fantastic and the products are good.
The problem we had was the sofas arrived dirty and two months later than expected

It’s policy’s customer service , very clear helpful.

Your rep was polite informative and friendly. That’s all that is required.
Thank you

Very friendly customer services and knowledgeable member of staff

Very friendly and helpful service

Great service. All questions answered + left alone for a bit to examine chairs.

Staff were unable to understand simple instructions regarding type of chair required and specific delivery schedule.

Following on from my original review Hsl have been to touch to express there disappointment that the service I received was below there expected standard.

And we’re kind enough to give me a monetary compensation.
Which was very generous.
