The sales team were great

The staff were so helpful and took their time.. didn’t feel rushed at all.

Julie P was amazing, so kind and patient. My mum-in-law wasn't looking forward to visiting the showroom, but Julie's knowledge, advice and the way she accommodated mum-in-law's additional needs made it a relaxed and easy experience. The range of chairs available to try was very good, and the information about the individual chairs, fabrics, pricing etc was clearly presented, with no pressure. Would highly recommend.

I was immediately welcomed by Jenny and felt relaxed and that I was in good hands.
She was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my needs and answered all my questions fully without rushing or making me feel pressurised in any way.

Staff were excellent and patient in explaining the various alternative options discussed.

The sale’s assistance gave much time and patience whilst we were making our choice.

Knew when it was coming. Efficient delivery. Quickly put together

no problem, order came, helpful delivey men.

The ladies at HSL Bath were extremely helpful with the selection of the chairs and processing the order. We were kept informed throughout and the chairs arrived 4 working days after being ordered, which due to our circumstances was greatly appreciated

Great customer service and care no pressure seen in my own home at my own pace

very good salesperson
important to sit in different chairs
staff excellent

Friendly reception, clear explanation of how different aspects of the chairs will benefit me.
Gillian was very helpful and understanding of my physical needs and comfort

choose to purchase a chair from HSL as they had a showroom locally. Found a chair that was suitable and paid the price. However when the chair was delivered it was not the same height or width and was poorly made. The response of the "customer service" was almost dismissive but they did employ a different company to come out and they agreed the seat height was wrong. The company offered to "remake" the chair but we were not convinced they could provide what we needed. The only plus is they gave us a refund. When we showed photos of the chair to the local showroom staff they said it was "shoddy".

Personal attention given to us by your friendly shop assistant. We were never pressured. However, all questions were answered with professionalism and expert knowledge.
