I have hip pain in my right hip and thought it would mean a replacement hip joint

Glenside Practice referred me to their physio. The first lady gave me some exercises.

Tamanna examined the muscles round my hip joint - finding pain in my muscles from my waist to my knee.

Two weeks and a exercise regime, I visited again today. Tamanna checked my muscles and found now pain in my muscles

I have only seen Tamanna twice but if I need to see a physiotherapist again, I shall certainly see her. She was so considerate and caring and very patient. Most importantly in just two visits she resolved my back and thigh problems. The NHS at its best.

Referral accepted and contacted was made promptly with myself. pysio was completed by Marij who was very caring and supportive on each of my visits.

I was doing the Fizjo session with Marij and the exercise with one she suggested me help me with the problem with my back and leg pain.

From my first physio session with Marij in August the pain in my leg caused by sciatica has been reducing. The pain prevented me from walking even short distances.
The sessions reduced the pain, numbness and pins and needles I had. Two months later, I am now able to walk well again and can regularly do up to three miles a day.
