It was such a great experience! The students were more than willing to tell me all the information I wanted to know. They were also more willing to give me advices about college applications and how they got into Harvard. It was totally worth my time!

Working and connecting with the HSA team has been great, they were always helpful and always dedicated towards who they teach and guide.

I did not have a great experience. I hired a Spanish speaking tutor to help my middle school son who was in a dual language elementary school, with his social studies homework. The tutor seemed fine at the first meeting. However communication became a serious problem. He did not answer emails or texts. He would not ever work with us to set up a schedule. One day my son waited for him and he did not show up. When I contacted him to complain I got a response detailing his very busy schedule and how we did not understand. I’m sure he was busy. However I was an attorney in sole practice with a family and several responsibilities and our son had numerous activities as well. I could no understand why setting a schedule was such a problem. The response from the tutor was arrogant and not appreciated and I requested a refund which I received.
While I know some folks with a good experience I would only use the service if I had a specific recommendation from another user.

HSA is a fraudulent Tutoring agency

They advertised themselves to professional and assist you in your studies but the reality is this is all a big con. Trust me you will not get what you paid for !

If you want your kids to fail in academics then by all means take them to HSA tutoring.

They tutors are not trustworthy they are toffee nose fools who don’t care about teaching! You will end up spending so much money and you will not get anything out of it.

They are the most useless tutors around. Honestly it’s a con, they take your money and then don’t help you!! You’re much better off going to a reputable tutor.

They cost me my grades yet we’re happy to charge me premium rates. They assigned me a tutor but the tutors never contacted me for weeks and when they finally booked me in it was couple of days before my assignment was due and at 8pm at night!

Seriously stay the heck away from this place!! Take your kid to an honest and reliable tutor.

Perfect. I got matched with a Harvard student tutor and he helped my son learn chemistry and pass his exams. I would recommend this to anyone!
