I have checked and applied Enhanced DBS but somehow the application was completed in basic which I don’t need as I am working with children. There applicationS ON LINE ARE NOT USER FRIENDLY AND i have wasted £94.49
Very expensive !!

A very misleading website. I admit I have been conned.
I requested an enhanced DBS certificate as I am self employed.
I was sent a basic DBS certificate for £84.
I feel sick about how they can do this, and still not send me an enhanced DBS certificate.

Online registration was easy & pretty quick too
I opted to a quick turnaround & within 2-days my DBS had been completed
I’m just waiting for the certificate to arrive

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!
They charge £84 and only provide a Basic DBS, that should cost £21. Use the Gov.com site, especially if you need an Enhanced DBS. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
Not contactable by phone, only email. And no response even to that.

Very disappointed with this service. I did not realise this was a third-party company, as it was the first website that appeared on Google and it looks very official, similar to a government website. I paid a large amount of money for an Enhanced DBS check but was issued a Basic DBS check instead.
There is no phone number to contact them, and the live chat does not work, so there was no way to get help or resolve the issue. As a result, I lost my money and also lost the job I was applying for because I did not receive the correct DBS in time.
This service is misleading and I would not recommend it.

I needed a basic DBS Check and I was in a rush, it is made to look like an official government site so I didn't realise it was just a private company. The request was done and I paid and I haven't been able to upload my details or access and sign the application is in progress or exists so my experience is functionally a scam.

Very disappointed, I was not able to call them urgently to cancel submitted application, I asked for enchanted DBS check on Google and they sent me basic DBs check, which apparently is nearly 100 pounds and gov.uk 21 could do by myself,

Also wouldn't recommend to do documents have to be careful with them. Sending wrong form applications.

Very disappointing service from HRcheck. I paid extra fees specifically to receive my DBS within 24 hours, but it has now been 9 days and I still haven’t received it. There has been no proper explanation or accountability for the delay, despite the premium charge. If you’re paying extra for fast processing, you expect the service promised — unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would not recommend relying on HRcheck if timing is important.
