Care Check works with a plethora of organisations ranging from independent care homes and schools through to NHS primary care trusts. We obtain three different level checks: Enhanced and Standard Criminal Record Checks for people working and volunteering within regulated industries and Basic Criminal Record Checks via Disclosure Scotland for individuals and organisations not entitled to request the Higher Level Standard and Enhanced level Disclosures. We provide paperless online applications via the DBS e-Bulk application interface, which eliminates errors and results in faster turnaround times for both DBS applications and DBS Adult First Checks. Our e-Bulk service is completely paperless and has revolutionised the way our clients process their DBS applications because no longer do forms need to be sent out and no signatures are required. Our Basic level applications are requested via the Disclosure Scotland B2B portal, again resulting in a much faster turnaround on results. Speedy and very helpful

I was helped by Alisha Hewlett-Byrd who incredibly helpful and speedy with her responses. I was able to get a refund and she made it as easy as possible.

Always excellent service!!

Always excellent service and I appreciate how the admin interface is really easy to use, especially when there's a constant flux of applications to log. Also our advisor Sarah always assists quickly and efficiently with our queries, thank you Sarah!

Care Check were responsive, helpful, and easy to deal with at every stage. Any questions we had were answered promptly and clearly, and they kept us updated throughout.

Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional DBS service, in particular Ben who sorted the queries I had.
