Excellent service via online chat with Aaron. He helped me get the right product for my TEC arc4 given that there are so many coils on the market and it is very confusing to find the right one that will fit your tank. Thank you. Great job. Fantastic service.!

Great help from Jenny and love the site layout!
I was looking to invest in a vape - but as a complete newbie to the area I was lost. Jumped on the virtual chat with Jenny - who took the time and patience to answer all my questions as well as recommend ideal products. She went above and beyond and really appreciate the time and patience afforded to me. The whole layout of the site too is easy to navigate and understand especially for beginners.

Aaron could not have been more helpful. As someone who had no experience of e-cigs he answered all my questions (even some silly ones) and spent a lot of time trying to help me find my perfect fit. Would definitely recommend this service to anyone.
