Misleading website
Has good products and the service has been good. Recently it says it has stopped free same day delivery on orders over £80 to certain parts of London, but its website still misleadingly advertises that it does provide the service within the M25.

Hi Julian,
Thank you for the review and great to hear that the service and products have been good for you.
With regards to the same day delivery service, this is still in effect, however, due to the current Covid restrictions, we have had to put in place some changes. This said, we aim to have the same day service running in full again within the coming weeks
Apologies for any inconvenience caused
Looking forward to seeing you again soon

I am on the site looking and not sure what to by when Tyro -who I know from the shop- suddenly appears in a chat and is there to help brilliantly as normal. He has such a thorough and professional way about him. 10 mins later - my order is sorted and due to arrive before lunch! Tyro is a STAR and House of Vapes are such a consistently brilliant business. These guys you can trust!!
