House Buy Fast Arvostelua

Thank you…such great service and support. All questions were answered quickly, the process explained and clear communication. They went above and beyond to make the process easy and the customer service was excellent.

Probably the only genuine property buying company I have come across. After contacting several others who either gave me an extremely low offer upon hearing I had a flat with cladding or turned me away completely, I contacted this company after my flat sale fell through and they seemed genuinely interested in trying to help me find a solution, other than just their immediate cash buying option. I am still weighing up my options about whether to wait and sell via a traditional estate agent but if I need to, I will definitely be using this company and would recommend Dan in particular who has been so helpful throughout.

Brilliant thanks very quick 👍 no messing about with your company I would recommend you

Luke was very helpful

Very helpful and efficient company. Dealt reallywell with my enquiry and provided invaluable advice. Would strongly recommend! 🙂

From day 1, Luke Colyer has been extremely good and explained things in a simple & easy to understand way.
I wish him all the best.

Genuinely the best estate agent around. Having found myself in a rush to sell a flat (due to various mitigating circumstances) I begrudgingly contacted this company for a quick sale. To my surprise they have been thee most professional, efficient and knowledgeable agency I have ever dealt with (bearing in mind I use to be an estate agent so have worked with many). A special thanks must be given to Duncan Fretter who was exceptionally hardworking and patient with my angst. Every single phone call, email and message was replied to promptly. Every person in the office was courteous and proficient and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

Mario and his team were extremely communicative during the whole process of selling our house. During a time where the housing market was so volatile we still managed to get the house we had our heart set on and sold our house for the price we wanted.

Chris was very quick to respond either by phone or email, always understanding and reassuring with any problems arising from the sale of my property.

Luke was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I feel optimistic that I will get a price for my property that suits me and will enable me to move on.

Excellent communication Luke was very helpful and professional… highly recommended

Luke was very knowledgeable and informative.

Really helpful, informative and more importantly, friendly.

Had a very pleasant experience with the company.

They were so patient and understanding when we faced obstacles when selling our late mother’s house. Mario and Darren were so approachable when we came upon things we knew nothing about. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone selling their property. We got a good fair price and excellent service.

I have been dealing with Duncan at HouseBuyFast as due to my circumstances I had to sell quickly to secure my dream property. The whole process was completed in 2 weeks and I had regular updates throughout, The price quoted was reduced from market value but compared to their competitors was better than as I expected. I would have no hesitation in recommending Duncan and HouseBuyFast to anyone who wants a quick sale

Darren managed my property for me. He was always updating me before I asked and reviewing and arranging my house data. All of the company agents I spoke with were professional, polite and very knowledgeable. Viewings were regularly arranged and overseen by the company. I never realised using an online estate agent could be so easy and stress free. I would highly recommend ‘House buy fast’ to anyone looking for reliable, five star service.

Dealt with Alfred throughout the process from start to completion and felt very at ease the whole time

He arranged everything for me.. the valuations, help with paperwork and ID and even sorted a delay between exchange and completion which really helped me sort my onwards move

Thank you Alfred

these people are greedy scammers. The only reason they get good feedback is because they ask for it very early in the proceedings before they have taken the opportunity to drop the promised price just before exchange. They said they would never do that but thats exactly what they did.Offered £20,000 less than agreed literally day before exchange. Off a price already trimmed by 30% of true value. Hateful and evil tricks to do to vulnerable people. I was lucky, i turned them down but at huge expense and trouble to myself but I could never sleep if i let them profit from me..Learn from my experience. This review is in the name of my late husband Graham Noble but was written by his widow Marilyn Noble and house buy fast and trustpilot have been provided with all relevant details of the failed transaction. They know perfectly well who I am and I have made a police report to their local police station and I am also talking to my local trading standards officer who seems to think that I should talk to the local office to house buy fast. They have been told to alter their advertising by the ASA. Why would I make this up.

Chris has been very responsive, helpful and efficient in our initial dealings.
