House Buy Fast Arvostelua

Prompt response and so far the experience is very positive. The only reason I've not given 5 star is that I'm yet to complete the sale (just engaged the company).

Good convera with Duncan today ,to the point and no faffing. Would recommend!

Very informative, and very professional, the person I dealt with was very knowledgeable and devoted a lot of time and effort to my enquiry. This was distinctly noticeable as a differentiator when making similar enquiries. ... Highly recommend Chris Lunson to anyone looking to sell their property quickly and at a fair price.

Duncan from House Buy Fast was a breath of fresh air amongst agents I have dealt with. Honest, professional and more interested in giving advice rather than flogging a service. I genuinely felt that he went above and beyond what I expected of him. A real pleasure to deal with.

I spoke with 'Tommy' who was very understanding and helpful

Tommy was really helpful, he explained the process and answered all of my questions. He was very patient and listened to me.

Alfred was extremely professional and very helpful. Made us feel very comfortable and confident. No pressure at all from the first phone call we received. I would recommend this company, especially Alfred to anyone in the future. Very quick to return calls to us. Hopefully the rest of the process will be as easy.

This company arranged to have 2 estate agent valuations done. 3 days later, their agent texted and said he had the valuations back, they were with the underwriters and he would be in touch later that day or the next day. I then heard nothing further. I emailed in reply to his initial email (so the address was right) and texted both numbers he had texted from. Later tried to call the mobile when I had heard nothing but a message said the number did not exist. Today I looked for a landline number for the company and called them. I was told the agent I had spoken to had been on holiday and was passed to someone else. This person told me he had called me and left a message previously - I had no missed calls or messages. He said the valuations had come back far lower than expected - this after the original agent had estimated a value that seemed inflated to me - no doubt to draw me in to take the next step. Then he said that, as one room of my house is grade 2 listed, they wouldn't make an offer anyway. If this had been made clear upfront it could have saved me a good deal of time and trouble. In summary of my experience - very dodgy time wasters and best to steer clear. I have decided against following this route to sell, but checked out quite a few other companies along the way - all of whom were more transparent and offered a better and more honest service - noticeably Better Move.

Had a very helpful and pleasant conversation with Chris this morning, he laid out the options available to me with no pressure for me to make any decisions there and then giving me time and space to digest everything that was discussed.

Very helpful informative company would highly recommend them

So far a streamline process. All information given with no hidden details.
Friendly and helpful team.
Excellent customer service.
A well organised and efficient company.

I am thankful to House Buy Fast for their help in selling the property in the UK. Alfred was very professional, supportive, and attentive from start to finish. Although the process was pretty lengthy , but the process was smooth and transparent. I am really happy that the sale has concluded successfully.

Dealing with Dan was a pleasure. Transparent from the first contact, not pushy and understanding our situation.

While talking to one of your agent, he asked me my details and was honest with his answer. That the company would offer 80% of market value and could posible get more on the open market.
