Finally, a product that made a real difference for my dog! 🐶

My dog used to struggle with constant itching, and it was honestly frustrating to watch. Since using Hound Nutrition, I’ve noticed a huge improvement, and my dog is finally itch-free! The product quality has been great, and the overall experience has been excellent. I’m so happy to see my dog comfortable again. Definitely a positive experience, and I’d recommend Hound Nutrition to other dog owners dealing with similar issues!

This product was definitely shipped from China. I have sent a refund request three times with no response. I guess they try to drag it out until the 30 days are expired.

October 17,2026: after ten emails they are finally refunding but still won’t tell me where the product was manufactured.

I asked them before I ordered the itching compound, where the products was made and they told me Australia. After I ordered it, it said it hadn't shipped yet but when I received the tracking number and looked deeper into the shipping, it was definitely from China.
I sent an email immediately, cancelling my order as it said it still had not shipped. She wrote me 2 DAYS LATER to tell me it was too late to cancel as it had been shipped. I said the shipping was definitely from China as the tracking info states on August 11/26 the exact steps involved from the shippers warehouse, to the Logistics Centre to Distribution Centre, then Warehouse handover, scanning, etc. then packaged, then depart from facility Aug.12/26 to service provider, then Export customs declaration completed arriving at the Shenzhen International Airport for departure to the
destination airport. When I cancelled my order, she and I quote "I'd also like to reiterate that the product is not manufactured or shipped from China. Any international tracking locations may simply reflect the courier's transit route or processing Hubs. We apologize for any confusion and appreciate your understanding." OMG, does she think I believe her - NO. So dishonest and deceitful. Never again will I order from them as there is no guarantee as to what it is in the jars nor does it say or say where it is produced.
We know China did have a reputation of different chemicals or substances in food products. Stay away from their products.

I purchased their " calm organ blend" to help with my dogs itching. I researched the benifits of it and search for a product and this company came up! It says that it is from the US but it is NOT. After. Waiting several weeks, wondering where is my order. I checked my tracking information and in it , it says it is being shipped from China. I couldn't believe it! There is no way I will be giving this to my beloved dog not knowing what is in it, what regulations they follow, if any.

As soon as I receive it, I will proceed with a return and refund on my money but I can already guess I won't be getting my money back in full as these Chinese companies always just offer you a partial refund even though it says on their site a "30day refund no questions asked" 🤔

Please do really deep dives into any pet care products as there are so many companies on the web and social media sites that falsely represent themselves. Fly by night products.
