Great experience with these guys up to now. Order 14 radiators. Delivery guys ok. But a two hour window would be great as people aren’t in all day

It was so easy to find and buy the radiator that we needed. The price was very competitive and we were kept informed all the way to our front door, with delivery. Yet to be fitted but it looks great.... Näytä lisää

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Whole order arrived badly damaged to all boxes of radiators. packaging was open at end and protective supports all coming loose out of pack.

Valve bag was compltley ripped open. Valves literally were rolling in the back of DX delivery van. Parts were missing from this also.

I have been trying to get them to return items and exchange but after several days still no success. Will perform a charge back on credit card and will not order again from this company.

I am made to feel like i should accept damaged boxes, missing parts and minor imperfections to my order.

I’ve order radiators for full house and I’ve not herd back from company with a delivery date or nuthink in days now

Delivery of pur radiators

Delivery was kerbside....getting them to front door and inside was almost impossible...
