Lovely apartment . Clean and comfortable.
Right near to the town . Loads of places to eat out at .

Beautiful location. Accommodation is comfortable, neat and cosy.. Only issue was there was mass fireflies (nothing you can do about it as its that time of year). We had to keep windows closed at night so they did not come in. Could have done with a fan or two as it was very hot. That is my only issue if you can call it that. Hot Tub worked well as a paddling pool for my daughter which she loved. We didn't want it heated so didn't try. Close enough to town that you can walk should you choose to. I will definitely be booking again as we ran out of time to explore.

Lovely location , minutes walk to absolutely everything, cottage was exceptionally clean, stairs are quite difficult if you’re unstable or have mobility problems, but we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend

The property is in need of an update as a bit shabby.
The kitchen had an unpleasant smell.
The ceiling paper in the bathroom is falling down.
The middle bedroom bed frame is all bent to the point you roll together in the bed.
Nowhere to empty bin into outside bin as overflowing.
Toilet seat broken.
The WiFi is terrible so don’t expect to watch any tv as done through cellular as in like a mobile phone and only gets 3g and 4g, doesn’t get 5g.

Apart from this in general the place was clean.

Great location.

Wouldn’t stay there again though.

Great accommodation spotless with everything we needed.
Location is close enough to the town to walk and the communication with the owners was excellent.

Perfect city centre location. Apartment is spacious and perfect for 6 people staying. Everything was presented neatly and all the facilities were easy to use. Hardest part was parking to collect the keys and fob for the garage as it’s a one-way street and double yellow lines. However the garage provided a great secure way of storing the car. Communication with the team has been faultless too. I would definitely consider booking again!

A lovely little apartment over looking the sea. Walking distance to all the main areas of Whitby.
Really clean and everything we needed for our stay.

The cottage was lovely situated in the heart of a Hutton-le-hole close to the Crown pub and opposite an excellent deli selling home made bread etc
There was easy access to the moors But by essentials before arriving as there is no shop in the village

Byre Cottage was clean tidy and comfortable
With nicely furnished bedrooms (2) and modern shower room Though the wooden stairs leading up to the first floor is not for the mobility challenged
There is parking to the rear and enclosed garden area beyond for dogs

Really good experience. Staff were great, welcoming and friendly.
Rooms were basic but clean, bed was super comfy. A few touches like a shelf in the bathroom for personal items would be a good addition. The clothes storage was only adequate for one or two nights, I think rooms may allocated on a duration basis, if it was a longer stay, I suspect a larger room may have been allocated.

The breakfast was possibly the best I've ever had.

A three star hotel well worth a stay.

If this hotel was a used car it would be described as "a few age related marks but otherwise very good"!

We'll certainly be returning.

Excellent communication throughout since making the original booking. Accommodation was excellent and definitely worth the cost paid for the length of the stay.

We stayed in the Oak7 lodge. It’s lovely and spacious and it’s on a lovely peaceful site.
I do think the cleaners could do a more thorough clean as the windows were filthy and you want to see the lovely views outside.

The furniture outside is a little tired and the hot tube filters weren’t the cleanest but we didn’t let this spoil our stay as we were only there for two nights.

I would definitely visit the sight again.

JJs restaurant was lovely, definitely worth a visit.

Ideal location near everything we wanted to be. Yes there was loud music from bars etc but all good, ideal for a 2 night stop.
Only negatives - wish we had one of the appartments on floor below as it was about 70 steps to climb to get to the appartment.
Issue with temperature of hot water and it was difficult to control. It really needs looking at. The hot water was scalding and difficult to get a good temp with the cold mixer tap in the shower and sinks.
Cleaning could have been better ie a mop around all floors but nothing to stop us booking again.
Finally, we had plenty of bath towels but perhaps a few more hand towels, we only had 1 between 6 of us.

Very modern and comfortable apartment, plenty of room for a family of four,great location and parking right outside front door.

Overnight stay was well priced for bed and breakfast. The room had been updated, somewhere to put a bag or hang towels would be good. Hotel was clean and customer service good.

Well-appointed, clean and tidy cottage in the centre of the town near the river with walks, pubs and restaurants close by.

The beds and living room were extremely comfortable and the kitchen is fully featured. The small back garden is a lovely sun trap.

The complementary items and doggy treats were a nice touch.

Would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Devereux House. A superbly positoned property only a few minutes walk to the restaurants and bars, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The upper floor has wonderful views of the abbey across the harbour. A very relaxing stay.

Really great town centre location and a clean, tidy apartment. Nice kitchen, good bathroom with a big shower. Ample dining space with all the usual cutlery, plates etc.
I’m 6’4” so would prefer a king sized bed but all in all a great stay thanks.
