Second order from me from hortology Excellent order process. The plant arrived with excellent and sturdy packaging which is the most important part of the order when you are buying plants on line. I have received a beautiful healthy plant - ZZ plant with glossy leaves and the height that I ordered. I love it. Thanks Hortology.

I recently used Hortology for the first time to purchase a large pot for an indoor plant.
I love what we have purchased. I was also impressed that when buying it, the website suggested the pot liner that this pot would actually need.
After I purchased it I was contacted by Hortology who had identified an imperfection on the pot and sent me photos to see if I would still want it. These were minor and could easily be hidden in a corner hence they were not an issue and I was sent the discounted pot. This came very quickly.
Overall a great experience.
The only additional thing they could have done is to recommend the plant pot size for the pot. Not an issue for us.

Excellent range of plant pots, order arrived in multiple boxes and well packaged throughout. Pots look great. Website is very detailed, good to have the dimensions for the opening of the plant pot instead of just the overall external dimensions so you can find the ideal size.

Plants were superbly packaged, size and quality of chosen plants superb.

The Peperomia caperata Rosso that was delivered to me on 29 Sep had some leaf shedding initially that I took to be normal behaviour after transport. The Watermelon Peperomia I ordered also had some visible damage to the leaves, but I understand Hortology has warnings about transport damage on the website and the plant seems to be doing OK now. However, the soil of the Peperomia caperata Rosso remained soggy for well over a week after delivery. Initially, I waited for it to dry out a bit. When I realised that leaves kept dropping off because their stems were getting mushy, I began to suspect root rot. When I took the plant out of the soil, I didn't see any roots – it was basically a few brown fibres that were falling apart. The plant still has some leaves left, but I don't have much hope for it. So beware of being potentially sold sick, overwatered plants! Overall score is for the whole delivery: I was happy with the various plant pots I also ordered – these are high quality – although it looks like I will have a spare one soon :(

Ordered in July, eventually get everything in October. Multiple issues from diseases at the growers then a plant arriving damaged, a joke of a "discount" was offered to accept it which was declined. only to have another plant arrived damaged, in the end we accept the discount just to put an end to it!!

Fantastic company with lovely products and great customer service.
I purchased 3 indoor plant plots from this company all of which are lovely. However, upon the 3 items being picked ready for dispatch, they noticed a very minor flaw in the finish on one of my chosen pots, so they emailed me showing clearly the flaw using 3 images and gave me the option to either remove this item from the order, choose another different pot or offered me a 15% partial refund. I thought this was amazing customer service as most companies would have simply sent the flawed item in the hope nothing would be said.
The pots all arrived extremely well packaged and are beautiful.
I can highly recommend this company and will certainly be a repeat customer myself 🪴💚

Excellent quality and price. Easy to use website. Placed an order on the Monday afternoon and it arrived on the Wednesday morning, securely packed and in perfect condition. Love my Oslo olive plant pot and is exactly as seen on the website. Would definitely recommend and order from them again.

You looked after the plant. You delivered the plant in a way that would cause it as least distress as possible. Looks happy . there is one brown spot on one of the leaves. I don’t know if that will get better ?worse ?or just disappear? or extend to the whole plant?but that remains to be seen.It may be a little bit soon to give you completely accurate review ; except to say that I really appreciated that you took care to send and deliver the plant beautifully.
