The plants I've received from Patch have been beautiful and healthy. The website is enjoyable to use and very informative. I will continue to use Patch to feed my houseplant addiction!

Excellent quality plant and ceramic pot. Everything incredibly well packaged - all recyclable. The pot is very, very heavy so if I had a suggestion, the weight would have been good to know but that does not affect my rating.

Easy to choose the correct plants for my house and also get plenty of advice about looking after them.
The delivery was fantastic and the plants were fantastically packed.

The choice of plants is an excellent, also never received one that is not as described. Great value for money on plants, the pots are a little expensive and can get equally good ones locally for a better price.

Wrong company

This is a really excellent company. The plants always arrive in fantastic packaging in excellent condition.
They are also concerned about the after-care of the plants and follow up with very helpful tips about watering and position of the plants.
I have tried other companies, but the after-care is not as good as this company. I would highly recommend.

I ordered a plant and a pot for Mother’s Day. My mum said it’s the nicest plant she’s ever received, and she’d recommend using this company again as the quality is great, and the packaging is exceptional. I haven’t seen it myself, but coming from her, this is glowing praise!

Loved the website it was very easy to use and find what i wanted with lots of pictures and care instructions (so you can choose the right plant for the right place) and ordering was very easy. There was a delay in delivery but they checked it was ok with me first and then gave me a voucher to say thank you for my patience.
