The plant pot was just what I was looking for. It's a lovely item, great price and a decent delivery time. Communication was good. I had an excellent experience with my purchase from Hortology.

Order SY346185 never arrived and the money were charged. Be aware!
It is a shock - I placed the order days ago and no email to let me know what is happening and no possibility to contact this company. I will wait until the end of week and then escalate to authorities.

Great company. Have used before for houseplant containers all good great experience in the past. Ordered my first houseplant The gorgeous Dracaena marginata red arrived brilliantly packed in perfect condition. Comparing with garden centres was well priced for the size and quality. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Have ordered plants and pots. Arrived quickly, even over the holiday period. Everything in good order. Even when DPD lied about attempting delivery, Hortology provided a quick response and chased it for me. Good range available on website.

I bought an Echeveria for a Christmas gift for my partner and I have to say, it was absolutely superb. Arrived so well packaged and for the price I paid, incredible value. The quality of the plant too, so lush and healthy and a decent size. I can't sing their praises high enough I don't think

I've been purchasing plants and pots from Hortology for some years now. They're always of the highest quality, with a reliable service and well packed.
This time I bought a load of pot liners; some of the pots can be a little porous so it's good to use a pot liner inside.

I'm a repeat customer of Hortology, and they're where I go for reliable plants and plant care accessories. This time, I ordered a plant pot liner as I needed to set up one of my houseplants in a large pot.

The range of liners that Hortology stocks is extensive, which was so helpful. The shipping was great too; the liner came in a cardboard box very quickly, so I was able to progress with potting and watering my new houseplant.

One thing I would love is for Hortology to increase the stock levels and range of hydroculture/business plants as they are so beautiful and convenient but always seem to run out.

Delivery was on time and the plant was absolutely beautiful.

Found an indoor extra large plant pot on the Hortology website which I really liked. I signed up for email newsletters on the website, which gave me a 10% off your first order code. This code was emailed to me. I then did some research into the plant pot as it was made of fibreclay. I found out that you should always use a liner with these pots, as they may not be entirely water resistant and can leak. I had two new sofas delivered and wanted to measure the space available to ensure I can get the biggest pot possible. I want to place the order on the website and noticed that my code would not work. I emailed Hortology customer service and was told that it had a one month expiry, even though this was not shown or stated on the email which contain the code. The only T&C’s on the email was that the code was for new customers only and could only be used once, with no mention of expiry at all. Customer Service email me back saying that they would not order the code. I then phoned them to explain the situation, hoping that they would understand their part in this and how they told me in the email that the voucher had a one month expiry, I would’ve placed the order within that time frame. On the phone, they continue to refuse to honour the code that they had sent me. I find this very poor Customer Service and I have been misled and wasted time on researching the pot, which I now will not order. I would question how this company deal with issues for example if you had an issue with delivery or the plant or pot that you order as there seems to be no common sense or compromise or understanding. When they say no, they mean no, even though it’s their fault. I certainly won’t be using this company ever, they have lost a £300 order and a new customer all over a £30 discount which they offered me! Seems terrible business sense but I tried to reason with them and make them see sense, of which they were having none of it! You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make it drink springs to mind!

Got a pile of plants and pots delivered. It’s all gorgeous, as advertised, and came with tips on how to care for them. Great experience through and through.

The plants arrived well packaged and in a healthy state, at the moment they are acclimatising, i am so looking forward to watching them grow, lovely plants and highly recommended.
