Scott and his mate arrived early and were very friendly and polite. They worked extremely efficiently together. They were neat and tidy through the whole process of fitting our door and windows, with which we are very pleased. We would definitely use them again, and recommend them

Excellent service. Thank you Malcolm for doing my porch

Great service from start to finish. Ryan and Oli were really polite, professional and did a great job. They cleaned up afterwards and made sure everything was to satisfaction. Would certainly recommend Horizon.

Ryan did an awesome job of fitting our bifold doors in some 30oc heat! Absolutely delighted with his work.
Brilliant company, can’t recommend Horizon enough!

Arrived on time and got on with the job with no hassle
Clean efficient Friendly and helpful

Both the materials used, and the standards of installation were excellent. The workforce led by Scott stuck to its task in all weathers (pouring rain and hot sunshine) and tidied up neatly before going home each day. We were consulted as appropriate, along the way, and we have already been recommending them to others, based on our experience.

Everyone who we dealt with at Horizon were professional and helpful. We are thrilled with our new doors and the standard of workmanship from the fitters. Would highly recommend. Thank you all

From my initial contact with Aidan the whole process was professional and the fitters who did the installation (Scott & Harry) turned up on time and were a pleasure to have on site going above and beyond expectations.
I would highly recommend them.

Went through six local and national companies for a composite door and four windows. Aidan came out and gave a comprehensive no pressure quote. After accepting the quote work was carried out within the time frame and to a very high standard. Aidan and his team turned up on time, were very pleasant and professional. Would definitely recommend Horizon and their services

From the first conversation with Horizon we were delighted with the service we received, everyone was so polite and helpful. The windows and door were even ready a week earlier than expected and an excellent quality. The fitters were fantastic - arrived on time and worked extremely hard to get the job finished - best of all the rooms were left cleaner than when they arrived!! Will definitely be using them for the rest of the windows in 2025. Thank you one and all,

Horizon did an excellent job when installing my new garage door very efficient and helpful -I was extremely satisfied

Prompt and helpful reply to my enquiry. The staff who advised on design, measured the opening and made and installed the doors were professional and efficient. A pleasure to do business with. Thank you.

I wish to apologise to this company. I wrote a review which was intended for a building company in Hull, NOT this company.
I want to make it very clear!! to anyone who read my review, my comments were not intended towards this company.
I have spoken with a lovely lady from this company to offer my apologies.

Third time we have used horizon for windows and doors and cannot speak too highly for the work carried out for me.
Totally professional staff who work neatly and tidily leaving the house just as they found it.
I would not hesitate to recommend Horizon and will certainly use them again in the future...a big fat "well done"!

First class company with exceptional customer service, we had our windows done and now two doors I can’t fault anything. Always our first call and we don’t bother getting a second quote as the prices are fantastic and the workmen smart, polite and on time

From the initial phone call right through to the finished job the Horizon team were spot on.

I had my old conservatory replaced last year with a whole new one from the walls up, solid insulated roof and new windows/door. Horizon quoted a very competitive price, gave me a date to fit it which they kept to and completed the project on time without any issues. The fitters were excellent, knowledgeable and did a quality job. After more than a year there have been no problems and my conservatory is now usable all year round, a fantastic outcome on a space i was hardly using. One of my friends was so impressed he is having the same done to his conservatory soon.

From start to finish of the project, Horizon were incredible. Following my enquiry, they got straight back to me and where on it from the get-go.

They gave us a great price and got the job done quicker than initially expected.

Thank you once again. We look forward to working with you later in the year.

After securing a number of quotes we opted for Horizon, although they were not the cheapest. The decision was taken on the basis of the confidence gained from initial contact and visiting the Launceston outlet to view the product. All team members were knowledgable, very helpful and polite. Delivery was quicker than anticipated and the installation was carried out professionally and to an excellent standard. We are extremely pleased with the final outcome: many of our visitors have commented on the door quality and excellent workmanship. Will definitely use again. Highly recommended.
