This company’s marketing feels intentionally misleading.

The product is shown on a stroller in a way that gives the impression you are buying a stroller-related setup, but what arrives is only a seat attachment. The company hides behind technical wording like “extra seat” while using visuals that create a very different impression. That is not honest marketing.

Customer service was just as disappointing. Rather than taking any accountability, they were dismissive, defensive, and acted as though the confusion was entirely my fault. Their solution was essentially: send it back at your own expense.

Between the misleading advertising, poor customer service, and lack of accountability, I would absolutely not recommend this company.

Absolutely love this product! We use this with the Cosatto woosh 4, my son is a small 4 year old and we have to walk 30 mins each way to take his older brother to school. His legs get tired after a while and he loves the hoppie! We have tried the buggy board before and I just kept on tripping over it so was so happy when I found this. I messaged Hoppie on instagram asking if different prams were compatible (which weren’t stated on their website) and they replied very quickly! We will also be using this on holiday with the Joie literax, will definitely be handy in the airport!

I used the product on one trip in Paris and the bottom has a hole in it after 1 trip. No instruction was sent on how to attach it on the stroller. The customer service was not helpful at all and no replacement was sent.

The product is marketed as broadly compatible, however in practice it is not fit for purpose and cannot be used safely as intended.

Customer support was extremely disappointing. Rather than addressing a clear product issue, they relied entirely on a 14-day return policy and refused to take responsibility.

They also insisted that return shipping be paid by the customer, even though the product itself was the problem.

This left me with no option but to escalate the matter through my bank. After reviewing the evidence, the bank ruled in my favour and issued a full refund.

That outcome speaks for itself. I would be very cautious purchasing from this company.

De Hoppie past niet zoals de website beweert op de Joolz Aer. De buggy valt door het gewicht naar achteren en is daardoor gevaarlijk. Retourneren is helaas niet eenvoudig. Eerst ontstaat een discussie voor wie de retourkosten zijn, vervolgens nog aandringen om de retour gegevens te mogen ontvangen. Slechte service en niet klant vriendelijk.

After several attempts to contact the brand to return the order, since their website didn't mention any additional costs for international shipping (even though I had already paid for it), they not only told me it was my problem, but also that I had to pay and return it, otherwise they would destroy it. When I spoke with the shipping company, they told me they would return it to the sender. Even so, I decided to pay and keep the product to avoid buying from this brand again, but to my surprise, the product never arrived. So, I decided to take legal action against the bank after Hoppie lack of empathy and poor order management.

In short, it's a scam, and they take advantage of misleading advertising to ship products worldwide. I certainly won't recommend this brand to my friends, either here or in Europe.

En nuestro caso ha cumplido com creces las expectativas, con un carro ligero GB Pokit+ all city, hemos llevado a nuestras dos hijas sin problema. No ha volcado en ningún momento y además se ha podido plegar el carro para subir al avión con el hoppie sin quitarlo y el carro se plega perfectamente con él, sin desmontar. Unido a los 4 puntos de sujeción, eso ha sido una ventaja muy inportante a la hora de plegar el carro. Lo recomendamos!

Amazing product. Amazing quality and so easy use. With safety in mind with the lap strap keeps child safe and secure during walks. Children absolutely love using this. I also get to walk three Children at once in a double buggy. I would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate if thinking of buying.

It's okay....They say 4 to 6 days shipping which is a lie. And they won't communicate with you to let you know of the delivery progress. Need to improve customer service.I had to follow up as it took longer than expected. I put 3 stars because it is compatible with my pushchair.

This is absolutely handig and life saver
as a mom of 3, it helps so much and the customer service is very helpful. I've read all the reviews on Trustpilot, but honestly, I don't understand why it has bad negative reviews, and both moms around me are also thrilled with this solution, it's cheaper and lighter than a double stroller, highly recommand it

De Hoppie paste niet op mijn kinderwagen en dus heb ik de bestelling retour gedaan. Het retour moest ik zelf regelen en betalen. Om achter het retouradres te komen moest ik minimaal 4 e-mails sturen waarin ik letterlijk om het retouradres vroeg. Er is door Hoppie gezegd dat ik het aankoopbedrag terug zou krijgen zodra de bestelling door hen was ontvangen. Echter, eenmaal retour reageerden ze aanvankelijk niet meer op mijn e-mails. Na een aantal e-mails en aandringen heb ik na een tijdje eindelijk het aankoopbedrag terug ontvangen.

Absolutely avoid this company.

The product is falsely advertised as compatible with a Nuna Mixx Next stroller — it is NOT compatible at all. This is clearly misleading.

Despite this being their mistake, I was forced to pay €12 for return shipping, following their instructions. Now, on top of that, I am being asked to pay an additional €25 in customs fees just for the item to be returned to them.

This is completely unacceptable.

Their customer service is one of the worst I have ever experienced. They clearly do not read emails properly and keep sending irrelevant, copy-paste responses that do not address the issue at all.

No accountability, no refund of return costs, no coverage of customs fees, and not even a basic gesture of goodwill.

So to be clear:
• Misleading product description (NOT compatible with Nuna Mixx Next)
• Return shipping paid out of pocket (€12)
• Additional customs fees requested (€25)
• Useless and unprofessional customer service
• Zero responsibility taken

This company is misleading customers and refusing to take responsibility for their own errors.

Do yourself a favour and stay away.

Purchased this for an upcoming holiday abroad. Very fast delivery! And came back quickly with any questions we had. Been testing at home and my 31 month little girl loves it.
Compatible with my iCandy Peach 7, although currently using it with the Cybex car seat. Plenty of room for my little girl. There are straps but she is more than happy to sit without them.
A little tricky for her to get into when the seat is attached but we will get there with practice (currently gets in with car seat removed, car seat is attached once she is comfortable).
Just cautious that she may tip back so reluctant to let go of pram handle. Just something to be aware of.

Nefasta!!!! Llevo 18 dias hablando con ellos y no me dan solucion, el pedido no llega, unas veces dicen que esta en la aduana, otras que ha habido una confusion de pedidos. Les estoy diciendo que devuelvan el dinero y ya ni contestan!! Esto es desesperante! Desdeluego no compreis mas aqui porque son unos estafadores!!

It's a SCAM! Stay far away as possible and save your money.

We’ve travelled a lot with our kids and the Hoppie Kids seat has honestly been one of those “why didn’t we have this sooner?” products. It makes moving through airports, sightseeing, and even quick outings so much easier because you don’t have to bring a bulky double stroller everywhere. It’s lightweight, simple to use, and our toddler actually loves riding in it. Such a smart travel solution for parents with two little ones!
