This company is HORRIBLE!!!Travel agency used them for our airport transfers and it was a nightmare! Avoided at all costs!!! Repeating the same questions and getting the run around. Simply awful.

Booked return transfers from Krakow…
Booked return transfers from Krakow airport through travel republic who had used Hoppago. Got a text message 17/09/20, 2 days prior to leaving uk saying "Your driver will be ready & waiting so you arrive happy on 19 sept 2020" with link to get e-ticket on phone.
When arriving at Krakow airport we were happy until we found out there was no-one there to meet us !! After 45mins of waiting & phoning the emergency contact number given, which was never answered ! we were far from happy & had to sort our own transfers out at our own cost. Got through to someone on the emergency contact number 2 days later to be told Hoppago haven't paid them since beginning of September so won't pick anyone up who booked through Hoppago again.
Currently trying to claim transfers money back through Travel Republic who it was booked through.
If you want to "ARRIVE HAPPY" Don't use Hoppago
Abandoned abroad by Hoppa Go
Worst customer service. Booked a holiday with a travel agency where Hoppa Go was responsible for the transfers from the Airport to Hotel and viceversa.
On the departure day I have received a phone call from Hoppa Go representative to confirm my booking but at the Airport there was no one waiting for us. Called the local emergency number just to find out Hoppa Go didn't payed for our transfers so we were just left stranded in the Airport. We had to hire private taxi to travel to the hotel and back to the airport.
I have written an email to Hoppa Go asking what happend and they simply replied they have cancelled my bookings and to address my issue with the travel agent. No excuses, no empathy for letting us stranded in a foreign country. Absolutely disgusting.
Never ever again we will use their services.

Hoppa Transport Customer Service – Don’t Make Me Laugh –Update
Following my review on 25 June I received a reply from Hoppa the same evening, apologising in advance and asking me to put my feedback on their website so that they could investigate – what a complete waste of time that was. Their reply “Please be advised that your request to change the date of your booking came on the 5th of June which was the day before the travel date. Please note that as per our terms and conditions, bookings can not be amended within the 48hours of travel as this is a very short notice. In this regard, the booking was charged in full.” My first attempt to change my booking online was Wednesday 3 June, again the following day and on both occasions their system wouldn’t accept my amendments on either days – unless I can’t count the 3rd June is 72 hours before – not 48. They didn’t even bother to mention me trying to alter my booking online before I emailed them on the 5th, and even when I emailed them I asked if I could defer my booking to 19 October!
They keep saying because it was an online booking they couldn’t stop e-tickets being issued nor amend my booking – what a load of total bull***t. All I can say is they must have a really antiquated system. How come the airlines – a majority of whose bookings are done online – can contact their thousands of customers to offer alternatives or a refund – but poor little Hoppa who didn’t have anywhere near the number of customers as the airlines can’t stop their system automatically issuing e-tickets, let alone have the decency to take it upon themselves to contact their customers.
A pandemic is not something that happens every day and you would think that like the airlines Hoppa would have called this an exception. How the hell did they expect people to use their service when there weren’t any flights and the majority of EU countries were not allowing tourist in – did they think we could sprout wings? I am totally disgusted with their lack of service and common sense. Would I recommend them to anyone – NO. Will I make sure I let as many people as possible know about my experience – YOU BET.
