Hoops + Chains LDN Arvostelua

Absolutely LOVE my haul from hoops and chains! I actually lost one of my earings almost as soon as I'd received them and emailed to ask if I could buy a singular one to make a pair again, they emailed back straight away saying they had put one in the post for me. Goes to show the personal experience you get from a smaller company. Will definitely recommend and order again for myself too 💖

I absolutely love my necklace! It’s unique and last me for so very long! I am very sensitive and do get allergic reactions often but not with this little perfect necklace!
It’s a must have!
Thank u

The ordering was simple enough. I did worry about delivery but contacted the customer care helpline and they reviewed the order and chased it through and apologised so I can’t ask for more really. My wife loves the product as it is lightweight and doesn’t tarnish.

Absolutely love my necklace. Great quality, strong, durable and doesn't tarnish. Definitely recommend.

The earring an and necklaces I bought are great quality and look better than they do online! I blooming love Hoops + Chains!

Always the best jewellery that NEVER tarnishes - and when I had an issue recently with one item the customer service team went above and beyond to help me! Great brand great team will always buy my hoops from them!

My order was not delivered and I can’t get any response from customer support service!! They just received my money and didn’t deliver anything!

I’m very satisfied with the products and the customer service ist fantastic.
The jewellery has a fantastic quality, the designs are very special.
I had once a little shipping issue and the service solved my problem right away.
Thank you!

I ordered a silver disco charm but got a gold one instead. Great response from H+C who sent me the right one straight away and told me to gift the gold one to a gold girlie! I’m very impressed with their jewellery, I have the Lauryn chain and I’m obsessed! Haven’t taken it off since it arrived. I’ve done a week abroad in and out of the pool and sea and no signs of wear or colour tarnishing. Desperate for payday to order more!

I absolutely love the Hell Yes pendant from Hoops + Chains: it’s bold, beautifully made, and feels like a real statement piece. It’s quickly become a go-to accessory. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into the design and finish.

Delivery did take a little longer than I would have wanted, but honestly, it’s not something I want to knock them down for. It’s clear this is a young, independent brand doing things with purpose and heart, and it feels good to support that. I’d definitely shop with them again and am excited to see what they create next!

Ordered my earrings on March 25 and it’s not even shipped yet! Also didn‘t receive any information about a delay, a status update or shipping information until today! Send two mails to customer support without any reaction. Very sad. I don’t recommend this company. Don’t even know if I get my money back.

Great service delivered very quick great necklace will be ordering more😀

Great necklace, I love it , I have bought from this shop from the very beginning! Great products that last !

Very disappointed, not with the products but you not responding to my fault with a chain that I bought. I have bought or been bought quite afew pieces of jewellery from you and you said you would reply

Due to no fault of their own, the whole shipping process was pretty horrible - but the costumer service of Hoops & Chains where so kind and determined to help me. We worked it out together and I’m really happy with the service ànd the necklace. Thanks so much!

Hoops and Chains never lets me down. The quality is exceptional, all my pieces have a nice weight to them. Unlike a lot of other brands I’ve purchased these pieces really haven’t tarnished . Love my Goddess chain almost as much as the Esme. Summers pending so holiday hoops pending 🥳🥳🥳

I’ve just bought another chain from hoops & chains and the quality is exceptional. I have a spinner that I’ve never taken off even in the shower for two years. Still perfect 🤩 I can’t recommend this company enough design, quality and service 🔥

Fun, affordable, hard wearing earrings! I wear my Erykah hoops every day!
