Hoops + Chains LDN Arvostelua

I have ordered from this company twice
The first time the order didn’t arrive and after A LOT of emails they finally did deliver it. The second time - still nothing has arrived. Emails ignored, DMs on Instagram ignored - etc
Very frustrating

Bought a chain for my wife. Chain arrived utterly entangled so could not be used. Arranged return, seller very responsive and sent tracked shipping label to me. Item received by seller but then they did not refund me and ignored my emails.

Chargeback on credit card triggered mandatory refund but this should not need to happen.

Have to update my previous one-star review, as the customer support finally came back to me. However it took five emails to get to them, so I wouldn’t consider ordering again.

Speedy delivery, great product, smiley face necklace ☺

Lovely jewellery which arrived promptly as scheduled. I only have one tiny comment. When ordering some hoop earing, I inadvertently selected Silver instead of Gold. The photo on the order showed the earings as gold so I didn't check the small print as carefully as I should have. Could you show the jewellery photo in the colour ordered please?
Thank you for interacting over "chat" regarding my mistake. Fortunately, my daughter loved the silver anyway so we are keeping these.
Would certainly use Hoops & Chains again

Massive thanks to Scarlett from Hoops & Chains for her help, support, patience and persistence in resolving my 12 year old God daughters problem. Fantastic company to.

Love….love…..love…. Pieces are fabulous. Bought for myself & friends. Real talking point. Super quick delivery & great quality.

Easy website to navigate. Easy to order and quickly delivered.

Each piece is a delight.
I was so impressed with the first purchase that I just kept going back and buying more.
Items are great quality, keep their colour and are genuinely lovely to wear.
Loved my Tiny Joy creoles so much that, I couldn't resist getting them in ALL sizes.
It's always pleasant to wear a piece of jewelry that makes you feel good, but you know that you're onto a winner when your friends and colleagues start noticing and complimenting you on them 👌🏽
Each piece of jewellery is well packaged and delivery was crazy fast, which made a massive difference. No more checking the tracking and losing the will to live.
So glad that I treated myself.

fast service funny sweary jewellery love it

Got to love a hidden 'cunty' to brighten up the day. Great socks, speedy service. Would recommend

Love love love my earrings and amazingly kind customer service. Support this lovely business 💖💖💖💖

Customer service is abhorrent because it's non-existent. Beware that if you decide to return something you will not be able to because your emails will be ignored and not responded to. I requested return same day as I received the order - it has been a week now and they just can't be bothered. Given that you have 14 days to return they must be playing the waiting game. If you are unsure about a piece, don't buy or you will be stuck with it even if you don't like it.

I have not received my order or any replies to my emails

I love Hoops & Chains; their jewellery is well made, fun/cheeky AND stylish. I buy for myself, but also with the funky presentation boxes, the pieces make brilliant gifts. Delivery is speedy and customer service is 5 star. Yes, I am a fan!

Amazing items love them good quality and reasonable can't wait other items to be back in stock I want .

Loved the socks! Happy with the product and delivery, will buy again
