3 months to deliver, no response
I placed my order in Nov 24, it was a Christmas present for my daughter. It is now 10 Feb 2025 and I have still not received it. I've asked repeatedly for a refund via email and Instagram message. Their response when I finally got one last week was that that "it is being shipped next month" , so March 2025! I've replied again saying i no longer want it as it was a Xmas present and asking for a refund due to how long it has taken to deliver (and I'm not hopeful i would ever receive it even if I did still want it).
Appalling service, do not order from this company unless you're prepared to wait months!
If you're reading this Honeyplum please refund my Order #19825 $107.40.

Dreadful experience
Ordered an item on 22 November for a Christmas present. Item still not arrived, no updates from the company and emails are ignored. Terrible service

Surprisingly Different
I ordered a bikini from them for my spring break trip and when i got my bikini the shipping bag it came in was super beat up and had a hole in it (not honeyplums fault at all) my delivery person even admitted it was damaged in transit so i reached out to honeyplum and they overnighted me a new one with a diffrent shipping company. the funny part is when i told their customer service women its for my spring break trip we LITTERALLY talked back and fourth for days she was giving me suggestions on where to go and we were sending pics back and fourth of our dogs love the personal touch cool girls at honeyplum would recommend
