If I could give them zero stars I would. It took five weeks to get an incomplete and wrong order (not to mention ridiculously bad quality …. Shein is better for a quarter of the price). Tried to get a refund for the dress that was never ordered and for the one that was not what we ordered and they refused. They did not send a shipping label to make any returns and have ignored my messaging. My daughter paid for these dresses with her own money and I feel like they essentially stole from her. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional behavior. 0 out of 10 … would not recommend.

I ordered a dress for a vacation and it did come before I left and it didn’t come after I left. I ended up not receiving my package for over two months and when I finally did, it was ridiculously too big. on top of that when I went to go check what size it was it looked like the sizing had been cut off from the inside of the dress. I have been in communication with the company on Instagram for over a month just asking for my money back saying that I didn’t need or want the dress anymore and that I was tired of waiting on it. They were very stubborn and refused to cancel my order. then when I told them my experience with the dress once it had arrived at my house they still refuse to do a refund and told me that I now had store credit to their location, which is in a completely different state than me. Complete scam horrible customer service and just a big no!

Took over a month to get my order. They sent the wrong size. It took forever to resolve it. They would only send a replacement. They cut the size out and resent the same outfit.

I wish I'd read reviews before ordering. My daughter wanted a dress shed seen on social media. I ordered it for her to wear to a wedding. The dress never arrived and now I can't afford a different dress because they took my money.
The order confirmation has an email address to contact for queries, but the email address is non existent.

I ordered from this place and it’s been over 3 months and customer service just either doesn’t respond or tells you they are marking it urgent and they never send the item do not buy from them

0 STARS! Do not order! Takes 3 months to receive and missing items not able to get a refund. Worst customer experience! Customer service does not respond or acknowledge your inquiry.

I never received my item and they would not refund me the money. Would never buy from this company.

Ordered a dress for my daughter as a Christmas present in December 2024 and still have not received it (now May 2025). Have followed up multiple times on the chat bot and via website but no response. Appalling experience and customer service. I would not order again from this website. Please either mail my order asap or issue refund (order #19773)!

Sent me the wrong order and so I sent it back and they literally sent me the same thing again. This whole process took 6 months. Do not buy.

I wish I could give this zero stars. I ordered a dress in December and still have not received. I am told every time I have reached out that the order will be shipped by end of month or that it is in processing or there were delays. I have now requested a refund multiple times and they just keep fobbing off my request with a generic reply. Do not buy from them and I also wish I read the reviews before I ordered.

Unacceptable. We have been waiting since March and our order has still not arrived. We emailed the company through their website site and they ignored us. We DM’d them and they said that we are on their urgent list, but that’s clearly not true. They have provided no updates. This company either very poorly run, or this a scam. Either way, we will never order from them again.

It has been over 3 months from our order date and the dress still has not arrived. The company will not respond or refund us either.

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing from Honeyplum. I have been waiting over 7 weeks for the dress I ordered on March 9th. I communicated with them through their instagram business account for a few weeks until I finally asked for a refund (knowing the company doesn’t give refunds, but I think it’s the right thing to do when the dress never arrived). The last response I received was on April 17 stating “You are on our urgent list we are trying to get your order out asap.” I’ve sent multiple follow-up messages but haven’t heard anything. Recommend not wasting your time or money on this shell of a company.

I ordered a dress for my spring break over a month ago and it never arrived. I emailed them asking for a refund as I no longer need it and still haven't heard back. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL LOSE MONEY.

I ordered a dress and I didn’t get it. I was tracking were it was, but it said that I had to wait because it was still being send. I didn’t get my money back and I still haven’t gotten the dress.

Update on my review of 19/3/2025: After multiple attempts to get a refund from Honey Plum for not sending out my order, I lodged a dispute with my credit card. After putting the claim through my credit card, HP delivered my order and I finally rec'd it 31/3. That's three months of waiting for what was supposed to have been a xmas present! *For those who still haven't received your order, I suggest you lodge a claim/dispute with your credit card.

I ordered a dress for a Xmas present on 11th December 2024. It is now 19th March 2025. Each time I asked for a refund, they responded that the order would ship at the end of the month. I have asked for a refund multiple times and they have stopped replying to me.

I ordered a dress on the 16th of September 2024 (it is now the 10th of March 2025) and I have not received it!
After multiple attempts trying to get ahold of them via email, I found they reply to Instagram DMs. I have been in contact with them since October 2024, and every week they say “it will be dispatched by ____ date” or “it will be dispatched soon” - yet I have not received my parcel and they keep changing the date it is “going to be shipped”. This company is highly unethical - they send out parcels to influencers, yet they cannot dispatch customers orders. So extremely disappointed, especially for the price paid! I legit am the last person to ever complain about a company or put out a bad word, but please please please DO NOT ORDER FROM HONEY PLUM CLOTHING.

I placed an order on 2/16/25 and have not received it even though Honey Plum says that the order was fulfilled. They also state that I ordered on 2/5/25 and received it on 2/11/25. Not true! The emails immediately bounce back as "undeliverable" and the chat bot does not work. Zero communication and no product. Only money lost! I do not recommend!!!
