Honeybalm Arvostelua 

Ordered in what I thought was plenty of time for Christmas delivery. Now told it could be 4/1/26 before they arrive. Wish I’d read these reviews before I bought.

Ordered my order November 22nd and have yet to see my order and they strep for Christmas gifts! Not to confident.

I have received emails stating your shipment is on its way, but no tracking numbers, no phone numbers, no customer service contact. I ordered 11/28 thought it would be plenty of time for my trip back East. It was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. I ordered from all different sites, for different things all on the same day as I ordered from Honey Balm… received everything within in 2 weeks..great tracking etc. Going to tell all of my friends not to order from Honey Balm 😩

Ordered on November 20th for Christmas presents. Order was received but not shipped. After contacting them several times I was told on December 11 that the order had still not shipped and would not be delivered until after Christmas. I cancelled the order and hope I will receive a refund. Very disappointed.

This company lied about shipping times, refuses to reply to my inquiries, and will not update shipping. I'm out the money and the gifts for Christmas, and now forced to go through my bank to try and recoup my costs.
I wish I'd checked here before falling for this scam.

I wish I would have read these reviews before my purchase. I also read fake good reviews. I ordered on November 16th 2025. Still nothing.. I’ve emailed twice and no response. $51.00 taken off my credit card. I also will have to dispute these charges with my credit card company. They also state shipping 5-8 days.. Scam

I've been waiting a month for my order and it has still not arrived. The tracking hasn't been updated since November 21st and it's December 10th. In the meantime I've done some research and found out that they are made and shipped from China. Their website is misleading. Has I known they were made in China I would not have placed my order. Reading the other reviews on here, it looks like this is a scam or at the very least, a very unorganized company. No email response from them either.

Shipping has been a complete and utter nightmare. I placed my order on November 7th, and here I am, December 10th, still without my package or any sort of update. It’s utterly unacceptable! If fast or even decent shipping means anything to you, I strongly urge you to think twice before wasting your time and money here. This has been an outrageous failure and completely disrespectful to your customers.

It has been almost a month & I still do not have my order. Tracking says it has been in customs for 2 weeks. No response from customer service for 2 messages.

This company purports to produce this lip balm in Europe - it does not it’s manufactured in China and shipped from China. I would never have placed an order with them if I had known this. Very dishonest and deceptive.

Have not received my order that I placed almost a month ago. No help from customer service and no phone number to contact them.

I really wished I had read these reviews before ordering, as I bought these for Christmas gifts… does anyone find it weird that we were charged US when it comes from China?? I too have yet to receive my product but the delivery date keeps changing first it’s five to seven days, then two weeks… I’m calling my bank today to get reimbursement for this… I hate how websites are so misleading… can’t trust anyone these days…

Ordered 18 lip balms 11/20/5. Still haven’t received them. Terrible tracking, phone number is disconnected, email customer service is slow and offers no resolution.
This product looked like it was in the US and it’s actually from China.

Do not order! This is a scammy company. They make and ship from China and it's takes a long time to get your order if you even receive it. My order was cancelled several times then reinstated and then cancelled and supposedly they attempted delivery on a weekend to a post office. That was over a week ago. Nothing since then.

Many people have had complaints of never receiving their order. They do not tell you what carrier they use because they don't want you to know they are shipping from China. They do not give you a tracking number. They give you no information. There is also no phone number or chat to get a live person. If you email them they send you an auto reply letting you know they are too busy to answer your email.

My bet is this company has nothing to do with being in Norway or Europe and it's all China based.

Stay away!!

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. I placed my order a month ago and I thought everything was legit as I received emails saying " The bees are busy at work" and "Your order is on the way" and now I'm getting radio silence. The "Bees" happily took $30 from me and not a package in sight. Also, no response on emails I've sent out asking about my order. Buyer beware...you may never get your order!

Wish I’d read these reviews prior to purchasing. I ordered on November 2 and still not delivered. Customer service is not helping. I just want a refund at this point. Desperate for help. Buyer beware!!!

I placed my order on 11/9. Still have not received my order. It says delivered, but nothing has shown up.
Also found out they are coming from China which I did not know or want! Very unhappy and will not be ordering again.

Purchased a set before Black Friday. I repurchased the Black Friday set and wanted to return the 1st set. The box was still sealed. The said okay but send it to the NETHERLANDS but comes from Illinois. Horrible customer service!

I placed my order, waited and waited and it never arrived. The order says delivered but it wasn’t.
I emailed and emailed and then emailed some more.
Not a single person returned my email or fixed the error.
I wonder how many other people don’t get their order?
Quite a profit they’re making on non-deliveries.
