Honeybalm Arvostelua 

I placed an order the beginning of December. It is 2 days before Christmas and they just now emailed me to tell me my order is lost and I will receive a full refund. They did not offer to send a replacement order or even the give me the same discount for the order I had placed. The sale is over and I would be paying $25-30 more for the same order. I do not recommend ordering from this company. If I would have seen all the reviews before hand, I would not have wasted my time.

Chinese made products shipping from China. Contacted them because my shipment stopped moving 6 days ago (as soon as it made it into the States). They wrote back with tracking instructions I've already been using. Wouldn't provide a tracking number or carrier. Wouldn't look into it. When I disputed with PayPal I discovered they set me up on autopay that I never authorized. Scammers and thieves.

Placed an order on 12/3 with plenty of time for holiday shipping. The company never sent a shipping notice and tracking. I reached out to the company and they kept responding 6-9 business days and sent a weird two part tracking number. The destination was in my state but not my address. It took 3-4 days for them to respond and state it is lost and that I can re-order. They would refund in within 72 hours. This company's product is made and shipped from China. They use 3rd rate shipping practices and communicate very little other than social media. Stay away.

Do not order from this company. You will not receive your order and they don't respond to emails.

Awful customer service! No response, no tracking information. Very deceitful advertising! Still waiting for my order and it has disappeared from Shop app as if it has been delivered. I will definitely be contacting my bank for a refund....

Would give 0 stars if I could. Customer service is horrible, never get back to you email even though it states 24 hours. Shipping updates are complete crap, says you should have in 6-10 days but never updates tracking and you never get your product. Will never order from this company again!

If I could rate it “0” stars I would. Ordered on Nov. 28th. Provided an odd shipping number which stops supposedly in Chicago on Dec. 9th with no other updates. I have contacted customer service with 4 emails and no response. I assume this is a scam. DO NOT Purchase!

I have emailed numerous times inquiring about my order that has never shipped - no response, even though the website says 24 hours for a response. Will work to cancel and get a refund however not sure who to reach out to. Very disappointing.

If it were possible to leave no stars I would! This “company” has me seething!
Atrocious customer service- generic crap response that gets nowhere. Not helpful and no results.
Wait times… I’m still waiting! Over a month now… waiting. Waiting. I was given a ship day, a tracking number and waiting…waiting… not even in sight yet!
Lastly, for anyone who doesn’t know..
China! Yes it comes from China. It’s made in China. It ships from China! If you care at all about the cheap, forced labour they use I would avoid at all cost this so called company.

Ordered and paid for 3 kits only 2 are allegedly arriving, if I get them at all, allegedly it arrived the US and is in NY somewhere, still no tracking number, emailed and dmd on Instagram! Did get an email telling me it was on its way, that's about it ! These were Christmas gifts for my granddaughters! Will never order from them again ! Wish if have seen this before I ordered!

This product is clearly described as cruelty free on their website and adverts. It has arrived today after 10 days, and it is manufactured in China. China still tests ingredients and finished products on animals so I fail to see how it can be cruelty free!! There is nothing on the packaging stating cruelty free credentials. I would not have ordered from them on this basis so I will be requesting a refund. I wish I’d looked at their reviews before ordering!!

If I could rate them a zero I would. Don’t get sucked in. I provided a street and po address and I got an email 6 days later asking to clarify my email. I replied same day. That was 12/10. It’s now 12/17 and I’ve heard nothing. Guess I won’t be giving these for gifts this year now I have to fight them via my credit card company.

Terrible company - way out of delivery time now - No communication and never reply to emails. Avoid this company !!

Trust the low star rating you see here. I’ve been waiting weeks for an order from Honeybalm. They don’t provide a tracking number. They don’t use recognizable, respected carriers like USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. (The carrier that currently has my package which should have been delivered 10 days ago, can’t even tell me whether it has been delivered.) Honeybalm promises to respond to email inquiries within 24 hours; I’ve been waiting 7 days. Their Instagram account is flooded with similar complaints. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Buy from a reputable company and save yourself the headache and calls to your credit card company to dispute charges for orders that never arrive.

I placed an $ 80.73 order for stocking stuffers on 12/6/25. Wish I had looked them up first. I haven't received anything & feel really dumb! I contacted my Credit card company & hoping for a refund.
Ive contacted customer service, on the website I spent the money on. Definitely not a leit company!

I ordered their Black Friday offer for Christmas presents and received a tracking number. I received a package with a Honeybalm logo and thought it contained my order. We were in the middle of moving and selling our house that I recently opened the package, trusting my order was in the box, but when I opened it, it was random junk thrown in and NO LIP BALMS! I contacted the email address with my complaint, and I highly doubt anything will be done.

This company is unrealistic. Do NOT order from them. Ordered Christmas gifts and haven’t received a shipping number or update. Very disappointed. Never again will I order without reading the reviews.

Ordered on November 14th. Expected delivery date came and went. They extended the delivery date twice. The second delivery by date has passed now. I have emailed the company and no response. Third email to them, I have asked for a refund and again non response. Website is misleading. Wasn't until after I ordered, that tracking showed that it was going to come from China.
