We purchased four patio lounge chairs and have had them less than 3 months. All four are rusted, discolored and extremely poor quality. My daughter cut her finger moving one because it was rusted... and I actually have a burn on my arm from resting it on the arm rest. Customer service “graciously" offered $30 and then $40 - and then attempted to explain that it is normal for a chair in the sun to get hot... Horrible product, horrible customer service.

Shipped fast, and got an amazing chair for a good price. Heats well. The massage is not like going to a massage parlor but it is a nice feature that is relaxing. Way better than my previous chair and a way better price than other sites

Chair came 1 wk b4 my hip surgery. Standing option and vibrator has been priceless. My wife uses vibrator several times /day. Seat is a little deeper than I or my wife like. 2" maybe? Have trouble sitting all the way back in seat.

I ordered this and received it and it’s a completely different blue than the pics. I took pics and have emailed them numerous times and if I don’t get at least 1/2 of my money refunded, then I will notify the BBB and see what they suggest I do. Your company has offered me $15 then $20 which is ridiculous. Let me know how you want me to proceed . Thank you, Deborah Arbuckle

PRODUCT QUALITY, PRICE, AND PROMPT DELIVERY SERVICE, VERY PLEASED!

The chairs are pretty good. Very comfortable. There's a sort of a bar going across the lower back that keeps coming undone and the whole kit and caboodle is missing one piece on the back of one of the arms a little stop thing. It was a bit of a project to put them together. But still, I think I would recommend them. I tried the right to customer service to get that little stop replaced but I haven't heard anything.

Table already rusting also the chairs. Not a month old.

I found a great chair for my classroom at a great deal. Unfortunately it had a small tear on it due to shipping. I emailed them right away and their customer service team worked with me for over a week to try to fix the problem. I was so impressed that they went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the outcome.

I love the canopy but didn't care for the side shades so I'm not using them.

The office chair I ordered will not work for me. It is very uncomfortable and will not raise high enough.
i need to return it. communications with their office has been difficult.

I received my patio umbrella late. The umbrella had no assembly instructions. The lights does not work. Customer service is very very poor communication/help.

Metal brackets on the joints were not very sturdy, the frame itself as a whole is very fragile, the extenders that attach to the frame broke which made us not want to continue to put it together. Definitely not a heavy duty frame!!

Very hard to put together, very long process

The product was easy to assemble, arrived on time and is a good strong moveable staircase with handrails. The only consideration is that it needs to be up against a strong surface for stability when using.

Fast delivery and glad it has the tray for cups.

The chair overall is a good item. The wood however is very easy to scratch upon assembly. Fairly easy to assemble recommend 2 people.
