I don't recommend.
Placed an order via B&Q and less than 12 hours later received an email advising of my return details, only I hadn't made nor requested a return. Instead Home Treats have cancelled my order as apparently it's out of stock. I can still place an order for it online on the B&Q website though. Email advises I'll receive my money back in 14 days. For something they've not dispatched nor done anything with!!

Appalling service. The bed was bought from B&Q market place. it came without a manual which I downloaded from the web. The bed was faulty so they sent replacement parts. Those parts were faulty too. I called them - left a voicemail as getting through to an agent is impossible. I heard nothing back. My wife emailed them and for over a week heard nothing back. When they did reply they only answered one of our two questions. I am still chasing them to supply the correct parts this has been going on for over two weeks. Avoid at all costs as their service is appalling. I appreciate sometimes products are faulty. But you expect some sort of correspondence from the vendor in a relatively timely manner. I have also asked them to send the actual manual through via email, a very simple request. Again absolutely no correspondence.

Every order made either via Amazon or more recently B&Q the orders get instantly cancelled! Very frustrating especially as the item is still for sale and in stock - do not waste your time or money!!

I'd rate it 0 if I could, no updates on delivery and I had to contact both them and b and q who had to intervene and it still took them ages to confirm they'd be giving me a refund. (They also kept changing the story about delivery etc). Wish I'd done some research, they also go under Doodle products which have horrendous reviews. Waiting for refund now finally after they sent 3 emails this morning saying the same thing after over 25 emails and 4 phone calls

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I’ve received so far. I ordered a bed which has not been delivered, and have now been told I’ll receive a partial refund (with £36.18 deducted) because I “changed my mind” — which is completely untrue. I have not changed my mind, and I still expect to receive the bed I paid for.

The courier company gave no option to select a delivery date and simply informed me on Tuesday that they planned to deliver on Wednesday. I immediately tried to contact them to say I’d be out, but their email address bounced back and there was no phone number provided. When a phone number was eventually given, I called several times and emailed, but received no reply until the following day.

When the driver did try to deliver on Wednesday, he assured me he’d return on Friday — but instead, I’ve now been told the order was returned. This is a totally unreasonable way to handle deliveries of large items.

To make matters worse, I’ve tried to submit a complaint through the company’s online contact form several times, but it simply won’t send. It’s incredibly frustrating to receive such poor service and then find there’s no way to even contact the company about it.

Please can someone arrange for my bed to be delivered tomorrow as originally intended? If that’s not possible, I expect a full refund, not a partial one.

Furniture arrived on time. Delivered by Lee and Dave, who were very polite and helpful. They unloaded the boxes carefully and put them where we requested. It was all relatively straight forward to assemble, no damages to any of the parts, with easy to follow instructions, Looks really good when put together. Good value for the price we paid. Would highly recommend this company

Bought bed through wowcher, an ottoman. Either wowcher or these “delightful” characters sent the wrong bed. We ordered a superking ottoman. We got a normal bed not an ottoman.

Don’t bother trying to ring as they don’t pick up. Then got a response from their customer service, who honestly my 6yr old could write a better response. Saying it’s not their fault it’s wowcher. Now sleeping on the floor with bed parts everywhere as no one is taking responsibility and can’t return bed back due to again no one taking responsibility.

Seriously going to reading standards at this point!!! I have their address to so will be popping along myself to sort this rubbish out!!!!

Bought a small double ottoman bed from this company through B&Q, lovely bed and was easy to assemble, all good clear instructors, great communication and delivery was spot on, delivery men were great and left item where I asked, they were very pleasant, all in all, a five star service.

DO NOT USE unless you are willing to be frustrated let down and out of pocket !! I made an order through B&Q / Home Treats on a Sunday the delivery said 2-3 working days meaning that I should receive the bed by the Wednesday latest this was perfect as my partners parents were coming to stay. I hadn’t received a text or email to confirm delivery so Tuesday I called B&Q they transferred me to the marketplace department which takes at least 35- 50 minutes for them to answer it had still not been shipped I called and emailed multiple times (hours of wasted time) with promise of delivery on different dates I finally received my order 6 days late. After having to take 3 days off work for their promised delivery date and my parents in law having to stay elsewhere .When asking them for a gesture of good will they just said that they would collect the bed if I didn’t want it. It’s a shame as the bed is lovely BUT I would never use Home Treats or B&Q again the customer service is DISGRACEFUL.

Recently ordered some wood panels from Home Treats , arrived when stated , great delivery tracking information, quality product , could not fault the service , would recommend and revisit ,Many Thanks 👍🇬🇧🚚⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered my kingsize ottoman bed via B&Q website . I didn't realise that its wasn't coming from B&Q but a third party so decided to read the reviews. I was absolutely horrified with all the negative reviews so thought I'd chip in my experience.
Ordered my bed on mon 15th September and the bed was delivered on Saturday 20th September. I was given a time slot along with the date , I was phoned 20 minutes before they arrived with the bed . I checked everything once the bed arrived all screws and parts present and correct.
My partner and I built the bed on Sunday , went together smoothly.
Can't fault the company. There is a difference between a £150 bed and a £500 , you get what you pay for

I bought their daybed 3 years ago and it's still like new working really well as a guest bed. I lost the manual and needed to dismantle to move it and the company got back to me straight away to provide a replacement. Thanks so much 😊

Do not even bother. Contact number on website cuts you off at 2m 17 secs. Email people won’t help you. Delivery times are appalling. Stay away

Cant get hold of this company, my orders through B and Q keep being cancelled yet All items still showing in stock on B and Q and Home treats website (i have tried 2 different lengths)
I need an extra panel to finish off a project and now i have No other option but to try and find a matching panel or rip the others off and start again. Previous service has always been good until now. Really not impressed and i wouldnt recommend using this company again

We ordered a bed from this company, when it arrived a part was missing, the missing part was reported. It then took the company over a week to send the part, when it arrived it was the wrong part. The phone is never answered, and the message says you get a response in hours via email, but from our experience this is not the case and we have waited over a week to then have to chase to get a response. I have not been able to make an official complaint or speak to a manager. Very disappointed.

no customer service. template emails sent by company only, telephone contact number on a auto answer and directed to a recorded message with instructions to send email. THIS COMPANY IS SHOCKING! This company is appalling,do not buy any garden furniture off them.The furniture of very poor quality the rattan is woven ribbon probably bought in from Ali baba and selling on wowcher.All orders are wrong and they will deny your legal 14 day money back guarantee saying that it is "sold as seen" well Home treats,Doodle or bed star your furniture you sent me was atrocious.I spent over 3months contacting them with the same old time and time again saying ,"you got what you ordered" Sold as seen !!! We will charge to collect and a re handling fee!!.Wowcher were no better as well.To anyone who finds themselves with this company having problems (thy sell at B&Q,The Range) document everything ,emails etc and contact consumer rights,they are helpful,constructive with knowledge to help you and can pass all info onto Trading standards.The more people that do this the better and prevent other people being scammed.Today after all of the above I received my refund from Wowcher just 15 weeks late but heyho they didnt get away with scamming me.Just be careful peeps who you are buying from.I would lime to thak Co nsumer Rights .

I would not recommend this company if it was the last one available.
I ordered some panels through B&Q website I was told it would be delivered by the 8th August. I messaged to find out when they were coming as it was 2 days late, I got told they’d be delivered this week, a couple of hours later I got an email confirming my refund ( not at any point I mention a refund). I rang BnQ to find out why I’d got a refund ‘they were out of stock’ funny how on the website they were still available but a slightly higher price. I then emailed the seller through the B&Q website which he told me it couldn’t be delivered to my area, a different story then I had originally been told however this is the same person I spoke to saying it would be delivered this week and also BnQ website said it could be delivered to me.
Then decided after two different stories to email the company directly, yet another answer was the product was damaged and didn’t meet QC inspection. 3 different answers not one of these stories were anything like the other.

Would 100% never use this company again.

Ordered and paid for a bed on 16th July it is now 13th August and still no sign of the bed. I’ve made numerous amount of contact, Even spoke to a member of staff Id explained the importance of the bed that was for my disabled child. He agreed he’d try to get to the bottom of it and promised a call back for the next day at the very latest. That didn’t happen!
I waited home on the supposed day of delivery and no sign. Instead I recieved a notification to say the date had changed (THIS HAPPEND TWICE)
The courier DX Express apparently came out but left no note to say they’d been. There impossible to contact & don’t send any notifications when the delivery is due. I’ve been trying to get a refund ever since but it says because the item has been dispatched it’s not possible.
The bed is no longer needed as this has been 4weeks since the order was placed. We’ve since brought from elsewhere.
Home Treats & their courier have very bad service/ customer service from start to finish. I would avoid At any given cost. Very disappointed.
