Highly recommended.

Initial communication can feel a little slow, as Home Treats operate as a third-party seller through B&Q. However, once they take over the service and delivery process, everything is excellent. With a bit of patience during the early stages, communication becomes clear and responsive, and the delivery service is truly second to none.

This company appears to receive some negative reviews, likely due to their different setup compared to most retailers, but our experience was very positive. They are efficient, reliable, and significantly cheaper than purchasing directly through B&Q. Overall, a fantastic service and great value for money.

Bought this bed and was happy with it at first but then the middle leg of the bed came away. The spot ( tack ) weld failed. It is still in the years warranty but no luck in getting it changed.

Ordered panels with an estimated delivery on the 23/12.
Nothing arrived!!! So my builders are not able to fit before Christmas as wanted.

Emailed seller who advised they never sent my order as they did not want it to get damaged in transit. WTF How else do I get it then!!!
Why take my money if you’re not going to send it and why not let me know I’m not going to receive the goods in the stated window

I’ve just read the reviews and clearly the service this company offers is not fit for purpose and many people are in the same boat.

Ordered panels from B&Q and this company delivered them. The driver damaged my neighbour’s car badly and then ran off without taking responsibility. I’ve reported the incident directly to B&Q. Absolutely unacceptable behaviour, disgusting cowboys with zero professionalism. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely shocking company
Ordered a bed through B&Q suppled by these, confirmation email received and text message with delivery date for today, took day off work for this, delivery was meant to be between 11am-1pm, nothing arrived tried to contact the number no answer at all emailed no reply, received a email at 4pm to say order cancelled as failed delivery absolutely shocking and still unable to speak to anyone ! Avoid this company

Feels like a scam company. Ordered through B&Q, sent a tracking url for a blank page, have tried emailing and been ignored, phoned their customer service 15 times!!! No answer, going to voicemails saying to email - and when you email they ignore you. Received notification today that it was Delivered Successfully, and then Delivery Failed and then Order Completed. Contacted B&Q (go look at their trustpilot - abysmal) zero help, told me to contact Home Treats and the cycle continues. I’m doing a charged back with my bank and reporting this as a scam. A business with zero customer service and dodgy tracking, not a business i’m interested in dealing with.

Reported to the bank and B&Q conveniently refunded me immediately. Do not purchase from this company and absolutely AVOID them on B&Q

I ordered 4pks acustic wall paneling from b and q 240 cm high x 60 cm wide then I received a email from home treats saying thank you for ordering a bed frame which i hadn't and continued to say when it was coming obviously it wasn't a bed frame but also not the right panels either when they arrived the panels were half the hight they should be i did say to the delivery men it wasn't right but they said it was and left the 4 pks with me only to later phone and say they had delivered the wrong package and then had to bring my order which had holes and rips on the boxes damaged bits on the wood panels big foot prints over the box why anyone would have to walk over the panels surely they should be stored properly in the van instead of getting destroyed before they get to the customer I am very disappointed with the delivery hopefully never ever need to use them again or anyone i know as I find the whole experience disrespectful .

Excellent service answered emails in a timely manor. Ottoman bed bought instructions easy to follow. Well packaged and drivers were lovely respectful and helpful. Could track delivery updates and rang to say they were with us shortly.

Kept in contact with tracking available. Driver very polite all good. Makes a change to be able to track your order for large items

Ordered wall paneling through b & q got email to say it would be here Monday Tuesday never turned up . Obviously this company are very good to take your money , not to bothered about you getting your goods . Will not be using this company again .

If I could give zero stars I would have!!! Placed an order through B&Q and had an email to confirm order and that it would be delivered between Friday - Monday. Monday came and went with no delivery. Having phoned multiple times with no answer I contacted B&Q who didn’t know why it wasn’t delivered and they sent an email to enquire telling me it would take up to 48hrs for a response. I made more unanswered phone calls to then received an email saying the cancelled the order, the day after I placed the order!!! B&Q said home treats do not have it in stock. If it wasn’t in stock then I shouldn’t have been able to place an order in the first place. Now stuck waiting for a refund and out of pocket for decorators!! Avoid this company, customer service is a joke!!

Ordered some goods through B&Q as they are a verified seller. Goods ordered and received confirmation email. Looked through by bank account a few days later to see my money back in my account. No email why . Upon checking B&Q APP I saw my order cancelled, again no reason given. Spoke to B&Q they said there was no stock. Home treats then say can’t deliver to your area yet today still selling the goods and can deliver to my area, waste of time and energy. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Order 3 metre wall panels, arrived a totally different colour to the picture advertised. Ordered light grey wood, these were basically black.

I still have them sat in my house boxed up a month after ordering, as their returns process system doesn’t allow you to choose a pick-up date for them to, they just automatically assign you one and everyone just hopes you’ll be in. I’m on my 4th pick up date now as the first two times weren’t times I was available and the 3rd date they just forgot to tell me and a delivery guy ended up stood outside my house while I wasn’t even in the country.

A month of hassle so far to lend a company £268…

Waited in for delivery and no show! Only when I contacted them did they say they don’t have a date for delivery!! Poor poor service. Not a reputable company….. AVOID!!

The delivery was seamless, packaging perfect.
The delivery guys Monty and Sam went above and beyond carrying and placing 8 panels in my home, the van couldn’t get In to access the car park due to icy conditions, but they were not deterred! Brilliant! Nit often you meet such nice blokes

I placed my order on 5th November, with a stated delivery window of 7th–11th November. Despite this, no delivery attempt was made during that entire timeframe. The first attempt only occurred on 18th November—and even that turned out to be completely false.

At 10:30am, the driver called me saying he was around 20 minutes away. About 10 minutes later, the tracking showed he was just 2 minutes from my address. Yet by 10:46am, the delivery was suddenly marked as “not delivered”—the exact time he should have arrived. Then, at 10:48am, completely unrelated photos were uploaded, including a sign from St James’ Park, which is miles away from my home. This makes it very clear that the driver never attempted delivery and instead uploaded false evidence.

The driver also claimed they “did not reach location” and were “unable to stop in Trafalgar Square.” Neither Trafalgar Square nor St James’ Park has any relevance to where I live at all as it is almost 2 hours away, and there are no restrictions in my area that would prevent a normal delivery. The explanations provided are simply untrue.

After waiting well beyond the promised delivery window, this is unacceptable and extremely disappointing service.

To make things even more confusing, I have now received a refund confirmation—despite never requesting or submitting one. I still want the item delivered, not refunded, and this only adds to the frustration.

Do not order from this company they will waste your time.

I bought a ottoman bed. The service was excellent from start to finish. I was kept informed of when it was being delivered and I could track the delivery.
The delivery man were fantastic, offer to take the bed to the room it was going to, they were very friendly and helpful.
The bed was easy to put together and I am so pleased with the look.I highly recommend this company

Ordered wall panels via B&Q which were scheduled for delivery via Home Treats, never arrived. Trying to chase order with Home Treats and no answer, just rings out forever and then cuts off. B&Q have messaged them as have we and still no answers or explaination. Can't even get through to cancel the order now.

3 times in the last few days I’ve asked for an order to be cancelled, and still no response! It’s ok just keep ignoring my messages, a complaint is being raised through B&Q who I bought the wall boards from.

I bought an ottoman bed last year from this company, it just collapsed, luckily I wasn't on it, I WAS UNDER IT. The cheap and thin metal was used which snapped the entire bed IN HALF. May be taking legal action as I'm getting no response from the company. I could've been injured!!! They are selling cheap and unsafe furniture. DO NOT BUY
