This is the first time I have used a service like this and wasn’t disappointed. Keith was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Julie was a monumental help for us as we were becoming more and more concerned with the defects of our house. Her service was fantastic and she also advised us on how to go about getting repairs done. The report that was produced was very detailed and it will go a long way in helping us restore our house

Booking our survey was quick and easy, with a good choice of availability and competitive pricing. Received our report within 48 hours and we feel reassured to have Keith’s findings. Would certainly recommend.

Excellent communication and support. Would highly recommend. Thanks Keith for the time and advice, well worth it.

From day one of enquiring with home snagging uk to completion of snagging report, a very friendly reliable experience. Extremely flexible, especially when delay with builders are encountered.
Keith was our assigned snagged. Completed both a PCI and post snag. Very friendly, experiened, knowledgeable and has a real good eye for detail.
Any queries throughout were responded too quickly.
Both reports were clear and detailed. Received reports the next working day after inspections.
Thank you to Keith, Julie and Lucy.
I would highly recommend. 5 stars.

Their meticulous approach unearthed a myriad of snags that we, as homeowners, would have likely overlooked. Five stars without a doubt!

Very thorough and professional and also gave very helpful and useful advice on how to deal with getting the snags fixed. Spotted some really important things such as the thermals and where I was losing heat which will save a lot of money during the winter months.

We've had the snagging done on September 2023 but kept forgetting writing the review for this great company.
The experience was good from the beginning, only requiring a small deposit to secure the appointment and the remaining to be paid after the actual snagging inspection.
Keith has been superb to day the least. Took his time to explain what he's doing and what he's looking for to this complete novice regarding new houses and building in general. Seems like he's got a great and lengthy experience in the sector and it shows in the way he conducts the inspection and answers any questions. Our house was a Barrat Homes new built and even we though there thankfully no major issues the report still picked up quite a bit of medium to lots of small issues to be sorted.
I definitely recommend this company and Keith in particular helped put new owners at ease.

From making initial enquiries to receiving the report and some excellent follow-up, our experience could not have been better. Lucy in the office was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and Keith was professional yet extremely personable and a pleasure to have around. His report was received very quickly and was comprehensive and thorough. Shortly after Keith's visit, we experienced a serious waste water leak, which really upset us. We contacted the office, and both Keith and Lucy took the time to email and speak to us.
Keith's knowledge and advice proved really useful, and we have now agreed a plan of action with our developer. We would definitely recommend Home Snagging UK and feel that their service is extremely good value.

Thank God we found you guys. Julie carried out a thorough review of our property from top to toe. I didn't realise all of the small intricate snags that would be included, and didn't even notice Julie checking for them but, as she said she would, 'I have treated your home as if it were my own'. A real eye-opener of a report. Thank you

An extremely thorough report & Keith made himself available to chat through it all with me & discuss potential remedial actions. Keith has many years experience in the building industry & his knowledge is second to none. If you have any particular concerns highlight these to him in advance. Competitive pricing, quick response & I received the report quickly

Keith is nice and willing to answer all my questions. He did the inspection meticulous.

After moving into our home 8 months ago and having issues with our developer we thought it was time to get a professional snagging report. Not something we wanted to initially do but after exhausting all other routes we wanted a professional who could offer a quick turn-around and give us some advice. Home snagging UK did not disappoint us. The initial communication with Lucy to arrange the inspection was super quick and on the ball which was great. Julie Darby came to inspect our property, we explained our situation and she gave us some excellent advice. We found Julie to be prompt, very professional, efficient, and really friendly. She knew her stuff and we were very impressed by this. We were extremely surprised when she said that she would have the report ready to issue later the same day! We thought this was excellent. All in all, the service was excellent and to us it was worth every penny. Thank you very much Julie.

We recently had Keith out for a post-completion inspection and he was extremely thorough, friendly and helpful. Giving us valuable advice and insight into various snagging issues.

He picked up on so much we would never have ourselves - highly recommended!

If you’re looking for attention to detail, Keith is amazing! He comes with so much knowledge and background having worked in construction for many many years, he knows all the tricks and all the bits developers like to try and hide.
He was so easy to get on with and was happy for me to pick his brain about all sorts while he did his survey. He didn’t rush and he listened to my concerns.
The report is in a great easy to read format for those that’s are like me and I have no idea about the world of building.
Without doubt this has been the very best money we’ve spent and I HIGHLY recommend these guys to everyone!

The whole service was quick, efficient and professional. We got a pre inspection snagging meeting for our new build, booked and completed within a week. Julie was brilliant, really friendly and knew her stuff. The report was really comprehensive but easy to understand. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others

Julie completed our home snagging, she was professional polite and very informative. Report arrived next day. Good service all round.

Very thorough report, great communication with the team and very easy to select the correct report option. Report was completed and shared within the expected time and would definitely recommend.

Keith Reed visited us for a post new build snag inspection. He took his time to thoroughly check every location. He took pictures of all issues and used professional terminology to explain each problem. We opted for the thermal imaging scan, which helped to check for anything invisible to the eye. Best decision we made. Thanks Keith, top man.
