Been almost a month and still nothing, no one responds to emails or facebook or instagram which is terrible, i think i got scammed

Not served at all. Name arrived not lighting up and after 2 weeks not solved. 0 customer care after sale service

Poor communication after a faulty product was delivered. Slow responses and I was expected to send it back at my cost for repair.
