Needs a zero star option. Goods never arrived, have claimed off my credit card company. Company has gone bust I suspect.

This company has taken 47.50 off me and hasn’t delivered my sign and won’t answer my emails .. they’ve clearly gone bust but have kept their website open to continue to take customers orders.

I’ve used this company in 2021 and went back to them as a loyal customer as was pleased with the quality of my other product. I wish I’d read all these reviews as I’d never have ordered another. I had no reason to review them but will in future Clearly the company is in difficulty but be honest with customers and have decency to reply. They shouldn’t be taking new orders it’s theft of peoples money,

Company went AWOL. Website down. No contact details. No product delivered. Raised complaint with my card company and they were excellent - refunded my amount completely and quickly.

Not delivered.
Had an email asking me to wait until the end of the week and it’s been 2 months now, plus there is no way of contacting them.

Must be a Scam still no product after over 2 months and no contact

18 days later, order still hasn’t arrived. Have emailed multiple times and not one response
AVOID!!

I had to pay £3.50 extra postage at the Royal Maill collection office. The sign was insufficiently wrapped and was broken. I've emailed with photos of the broken sign and extra postage that I've paid. I've emailed 3 times and sent messages on SM, no replies. It would seem that mine is not an isolated case. This issue seems to have started at the same time as everyone else's.

Awful Company. They have stolen my money and not given me my purchase. They will not reply to any emails or social
Media requests. Shocking.

Sign arrived incomplete and then cracked into pieces. I have emailed on several occasions but no response. I won’t be letting this go….

Poor quality. Mine fell on the floor from eye level and broke into pieces. No customer service at all. They’ve ignored all emails and messages. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I had to pay an extra £3.50 postage and collect from Royal Mail due to insufficient postage cost from company.

Delivered within the time stated. Sign very easy to stick firmly to the wall. Hope that is where it stays!

We went with a 3D sign so we could fixed it to the wall as we were not sure if the stick on signs would work. It’s great, love it.

Terrible! It never turned up & despite emailing the company numerous times they have never responded. I can only think it’s a scam. Don’t use! You will just lose your money like I did.

Update! March 2023 - still no sign. Or response to numerous emails.

I placed an order on the 25th of January it says it’s been dispatched. I can’t track it. I’ve sent numerous emails, tried calling no one answers the phone what the hell is going on here??

Ordered a few weeks ago have not received the sign have sent several emails none of which have been replied to …. Next move is to get a charge back from my bank

After 3 weeks of placing an order a received a letter from RM asking to pay £1.50 as the sender did not pay the full postage. I paid it as did not want the item to go back and delay the delivery by another 3 weeks. Sign arrived with a crack in the middle. I emailed the company 4 days ago asking for a replacement but not had a reply as yet so wont be using them again
Update: still no reply from the company as of 01.03.23

Good product, but waited for delivery 3 weeks chased and in the end got a letter from.the post office requesting a under payment in postage be paid poor or no reply from sender after sending emails

No customer service response at all, I have contacted by email.
No item has arrived and it's been over a month.
I am 24 hours away from doing a charge back.

Avoid this company! I question whether these positive reviews are real
