Becoming very frustrated with lack of (i.e. non-existent) updates and inability to respond to emails, despite being the only possible avenue to contact them.

Ordered a while ago now and hearing nothing. Really stinks of a company unable to meet orders due to financing issues. I hope not, because the product itself looked great.

Terrible. I ordered a sign 3 weeks ago, it says it's been shipped but there is no tracking information and I haven't received it. Tried calling and emailing their customer support on numerous occasions with automated responses not helping. Now opened a dispute with paypal to get a refund.

Number plate was as described. Very good quality

Slow customer service, difficult to contact, started the process of ordering over 4 months ago, saying it's been shipped, still no signs have arrived. Don't bother!

Lovely home sign 🙂 had some issues with the delivery but the customer solved the problem very quickly and shipped a remake as soon as they could!

This evening I received an email to ask me to leave a review. This is a little odd becuase I placed my order over a month ago (01/07/2022) and still hasn’t arrived. What’s worse is that I am the one chasing for updates. The cusotmer service isn’t proactive. Phone lines are turned off. They promised to respond to emails however they only respond to one in three emails. And it normally takes at least four or five days to have my emails responded to. They have kindly offered me 5% of my order because of the severe delays and lack of contact. My order was super prioritised a couple of weeks ago and still no joy. It isn’t great. This review was written on 31/07/2022.

UPDATE - 17/08/2022 - Been advised it has now dispatched

The sign is well made and looks great. Neighbouring houses seem to love it too as quite a lot of them have the same number plaque as mine. It was delivered within the states time. Highly recommended!!!

Hahahaha I can’t believe this company actually sent me this request for a review of their services.

This is either a fake scam company or just an extremely poorly managed business.

I placed an order in March and come July I never received the item and requested a refund, which they did actually refund me

They are paying for adverts to promote the backlit LED signs, but they haven’t had the materials to manufacture this specific item for some time now

I ordered the same item from baliandboo.com after the eventual refund and to my absolute shock a backlit personalised sign was here within 3 days of the order.

I’ve been banned from their Facebook page now for reviewing this terrible experience. Sorry Patrick from Customer support and probably Patrick from quantity purchasing, Patrick from logistics, Patrick from accounts, Patrick from advertising, Patrick from the backlit LED factory. I apologise to Patrick if this isn’t his business. If that’s the case, job hunt as you’re the face of a scam ✌🏻❤️

I wanted a couple of signs in a slightly different format to what was displayed online, so I had a few emails with them prior to making an order and they were really helpful. I'd recommend the 'Preview' option if you do want something a little different, and also opted for the button fixings which offer a really secure screw fixing to attach to the wall (but ask as they are difficult to find on the website without a link!)

I was not disappointed when the sign arrived we've had all new Windows so it's gonna look good when hubby puts it up

The sign looks great and I'm really pleased with it. It took a little longer than expected to come but otherwise all good, and good value for money.

I still haven't received my order 3 weeks later
