My first order arrived damaged and the company quickly sent a replacement which is perfect. Really pleased with the quality and service.

Horrific customer experience. Their phone number is out of use. They do not respond to email or social media messages. The product is cheap and poor quality.

Our sign is amazing, and admired by many. Despite a small problem, the matter was solved quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this company and the product to everyone.

Quick delivery great quality and the self adhesive works well

Sign arrived quickly, looked great but had been damaged in transit. Quick photo and report online and a new one arrived in two days. Easy to install and looks really good on the wall.

Ordered in December and on 4th jan was told it was shipped I paid for premium delivery still don’t have the sign and it’s 18th January now. I emailed customer services twice no response I gave dm’ed them on Instagram they asked me for order number and it’s radio silence since…. I just want my door sign and no one is telling me what is going on I am writing this as a last resort because they are a small British business and I don’t want to ruin their reputation but no one is helping me!!!

I had a search online for adhesive house signs and liked the look of these. The sign is beautifully made, the edges are really neat, and the adhesion is strong so I'm very pleased with it.

Nice design, and I appreciated the opportunity to check it over before final pressing. I was informed that the sign had shipped but it did not arrive in time for Christmas (because of mail strike, I believe). Still, the product is excellent and just as pictured.

Firstly, they sent the wrong sign. I told them immediately and they said they would send a correct one - this was on 19 December. It is now 11 January and nothing has arrived. I have chased - they said they were looking into it. I’ve then decided enough is enough and I want a full refund - this was ignored in the first instance, and then I received an email yesterday that if it didn’t arrive that day to let them know and I’d get my refund. It didn’t arrive, I told them and asked for my money and have so far been met with silence. I am really disappointed and would not recommend using this company.

After receiving my first sign which came broken and emailed the guys. They had a new one shipped out to me and it came perfect!!! Fab company will be using again.

A lovely sign at a reasonable price, the Black Friday discount was a nice touch. Delivery wasn't too long and the sign was just as expected. Would recommend.

El pedido fue devuelto en la aduana a su lugar dé origen y costo muchísimo que me lo volviesen a enviar y después de meses reclamando, me lo enviaron haciendo cargo de los portes.

I placed order on 24 Nov 2022 and it finally arrived on 23 Dec 2022 due to the Royal Mail Strike.

I would’ve chosen Track48 if that was an option.

Ordered a sign on the 29th Nov and am still waiting. Various emails sent only one response saying that other mail providers are more expensive than Royal Mail. Attempted to call but they don't answer the phone and aren't very prompt at answering emails. Cannot comment on the product quality but wouldn't recommend on the service alone.
