Almost always a problem.
It’s always a problem when you call this company for assistance with a service you have paid for . The last experience was much better than any I’ve had in the last 3 years. If the service had been like this over the last few years, it would’ve been great I am so disappointed with this company. I will be canceling ilHome Serve. The company that HomeServe took over from that I had had for over 20 years was fabulous.

I called Homeserve with a plumbing issue and D. Lanzo Plumbing and Sewer Contractors responded within 30 minutes. They came the next day to assess the situation and a week later CJ came and completed the repair. CJ was meticulous and professional. Before leaving, they tested all pipes to make sure there were no leaks. I highly recommend Homeserve and D. Lanzo Plumbing.

polite serviceman didn’t help me one bit.
your service man came out and told me my bill would be $800! he didn’t mention about anything being covered, and I’m wondering what I’m paying for if nothing is covered? and I guess your warranty on my air-conditioning is nothing but hot air!
So I told him to leave! however your office did call me and told me that some things are covered and they are assessing the order and they will get back with me, but as far as I’m concerned, the air Conditioning is either working right or it’s not. Your warranty is to make the air conditioner work correctly. I sure did not get that!
