From initial call with Matt and The Team they more than delivered. Spent 4 days with Matt in Spain and his knowledge of the area / process was invaluable. From not knowing anything about the area to successful purchase of property 4 days later shows we put our trust in Homes Overseas and they delivered on it.

Matt was very knowledgeable about the whole process of buying property in Spain. He put together a great team to assist me with buying my property. Matt was always available to answer all my questions along with Carol who I met initially, she showed me around all the different properties for my budget. Because of Carol, I ended up buying a different property to the one I had chosen to visit. To say I am overjoyed with my purchase is an understatement. Thank you to Matt and his brilliant team.

The team at Homes Overseas were fantastic with the purchase of our new home. From viewing over video call, to sending videos of everything we wanted to see. They provided us with so much insight on the purchase process and what to expect with the bills abroad. The house sale completed last week but the amazing service did not end there, they helped us arrange for the furniture to be collected to save us having to do it all ourselves. Purchasing a property in Spain can feel overwhelming at times but I have to admit that the support offered and provided including follow up calls to establish my personal experience of working with local agents and legal services. I cannot think of anything that would improve the service I was provided with and can only thank all associated parties again for the professional proactive attitude to client satisfaction.

They made our viewings and process of purchasing the easiest I have ever encountered.
They are helpfull in any question, I sometimes think I am asking too much for them to help us out with but they are all so happy to help and really do.

When purchasing a property abroad you need to ensure the people you are dealing with are trustworthy and will deliver what they say they will do, our experience with Homes overseas was that plus more.

In Spain things don't always go to plan (it's the way) but Matt was always there on the end of the phone with updates so we were upto speed all the way.

I visited Spain in September 2018 and met up with Homes Overseas to spend a few days looking for what I hoped would be my new home in the sun. Despite my initial reservations, there was no pressure sales and no hassle just a genuinely enjoyable and stress free few days. We spent a day just getting to know all of the areas that may work for me - visiting all of the local amenities, beaches and bars etc.... and having a few drinks along the way! A really useful and fun day which I hadn't expected. We then progressed to looking at a load of different properties and found an awesome newbuild which I fell in love with and duly reserved. From that point on, Homes Overseas oversaw everything and ensured the whole purchase went through with minimal hassle or difficulty. Even 4 years on they're always on the end of the phone to help with any little issues and always ready to share a beer or two! What more could I have asked for? They've been amazing and I know now they are that very rare breed of Real Estate Agent in Spain - the one who do all they promise and more! 100% recommended without hesitation. 😎

We met Matt five years ago when looking to buy a property in Costa Blanca. We spent several days with him , viewing the area to help us decide on the most suitable location for our needs. He had a great understanding of what we were looking for. After viewing several properties we found our dream home. Matt assisted us fully and guided us through the process of buying. We just recently bought our property in Spain and I have to say Matt and his team were fab. They introduced us to our lawyer and currency exchange. On the day we were arriving there was a problem at the villa (water leak outside the property) between Matt and our layer they reported it and got the problem sorted for when we arrived. We were met outside our property on a Friday evening by Marcelo to hand over the keys to the property, he didn’t have to come out with them but he kindly offered, which was so nice of him. Outstanding, we purchased our home back in 2017, throughout the whole experience Matt was there guiding us through, from showing us the area, solicitor, driving to Murcia because our Notary was closed to helping open a bank.

We first met Matt in Feb 20 & over 3 years later not only is he still happy to sort out a few issues we have with the property (way above & beyond his remit) we class him as a really good friend.
In Feb 20 we had spent 2 days with “other” estate agents viewing what felt like “anything & everything” with minimal real thought as to what would suit us best. They were showing us properties that we didn’t like & in areas that were even worse.
Matt on the other hand very quickly got to know us & quickly understood what we wanted to a tee. This was more important to us than his obvious extensive knowledge of the area & available properties. There was no pressure for a quick sale, he simply wanted what was best for us. He still does for that matter.
It goes without saying he gets a 5 star review from us & we have already recommended Homes Overseas to friends of ours, who have also subsequently bought a property over here with him.

What can I say about Matt other than he has completely changed our lives for the better.
The property we bought in Feb 2020 needed an extensive refurbishment. Once I’d signed on the bottom line for the property Matt could have easily walked away. But NO, Matt didn’t stop there: he initially sourced a builder & a project manager for me & then stayed involved throughout the 6 month refurbishment period. This was during Covid world & whilst I was locked in the Uk he continually sent me videos of the progress. None of this was in his remit but he still did it anyway.
It has been said many times before about his knowledge about what he does (2nd to none in my opinion) but it’s the “extras” that help him stand out above the rest : help with solicitors, currency transfer & in my case builders. Not to mention his recommendations for restaurants & bars etc!! He’s quit good at that too!!!
All round great bloke & great company. 3 years on and I’m proud to call him a good friend.
