Unfortunately the box was ripped do…

Unfortunately the box was ripped on arrival. Fortunately the books were intact and had a some had a plastic wrap around it.
Going forward heavy hardback books need tighter packaging and perhaps firmer boxes as this box seemed a little flimsy, paid enough for the p£p

We pack heavier books in double walled boxes with books wrapped in brown paper. Unfortunately the carriers can sometimes me heavy handed.

Post and packing is provided at cost and the costs seem to be ever increasing.

If you can email a picture of the book we'll look into it.

Wrong listing of price at customs

The company registered the wrong productprice at the customs services (143 euros instead of 97 euros). The result is that I had to pay 15 euros extra for duties.

My order arrived promptly. I love the way orders from the Homeopathic Book Company always arrive in a brown paper parcel, a nice touch!

Really fast delivery and responses to emails. The books are great, exactly as described on the site, and the discount offered was very helpful.

The book arrived in perfect condition…

The book arrived in perfect condition and when the Royal Mail and Parcel2Go said it would. It seemed to get stuck in Canadian? customs for 10 days but there were no additional charges (as often happens with books from the US), so the wait was OK!
