Another great stay for our 2 dogs this time for a week. Josie & family really do give our 2 dogs a home from home experience. A very good sign is that our dogs cannot wait to get into their house when we arrive to drop them off! Our thanks to you all especially Stan who seems to have found a friend in our nervous boy Simba. Inca just loves everyone! It’s great to pick them up and after the initial excitement they are calm and relaxed when they get back home.

We had a great experience with Home from Home. They matched us with the perfect carer, Lisa. She and her family were incredible with both our beagle and our Italian greyhound. (Her daughters even knitted our Iggy little earmuffs to take home so he wouldn't get cold this winter.)

We did a pre-stay visit to make sure everyone was comfortable, and communication with Lisa was excellent throughout. Our dogs stayed with Lisa for two weeks whilst we were in Canada on holiday. Our beagle had a small leg injury before we left and suffers from separation anxiety; they were very understanding and accommodating to her needs.

Our dogs came home happy and healthy, and we definitely plan on working with Lisa and Home from Home again.

When our regular sitter was unavailable for this booking, Home from Home matched us with another wonderful family who took care of Willow as if she were her own.

Clear booking system. Nearer the time of dog stay it would have been nice to have a reminder of the amount due to carer.

I had asked for someone as near as possible to our home to look after our little French Bulldog Nelly.Home from Home got back to me very quickly recommending Sabrina and Alex a few minutes away .They were fantastic and sent me photos of Nelly having settled in very nicely .Would highly recommend ,another successful match by Home from Home.

Excellent communication throughout with Sarah our lovely dog carer. Sarah is incredibly experienced with dogs and this was evident as soon as I met her. She was totally focussed on Maple's needs from the minute we met, and we felt 100% assured that Maple would be safe and incredibly well looked after. An unexpected turn of events meant we had to get Maple some painkillers for a minor injury the day before we flew. Sarah was incredibly accommodating to this and was very happy to give Maple her medication. Sarah double checked if I was happy with everything surrounding her routine e.g trips in the car etc... She also sent me some lovely pictures of Maple on walks in the local woods. Maple loves sniffing so although a larger dog and Home from Home having an on lead policy, I knew she would be very happy and mentally stimulated on her daily sniff walks. Thank you Sarah. From he start, home from home were incredibly patient and committed to delivering a great service focussing on client and most importantly pet needs.

We have used Home from Home a number of times. The initial contact to set up your sitter is professional and friendly. We have been happy with all the people who have looked after our dog and most importantly he has had a great time with them.

Another great stay for Snoop.

We used home from home for the first time recently. Our 6 yr old Schnoodle Rue stayed with May for just over 2 weeks and I am so impressed with her care. Rue is usually very nervous but any anxiety melted away when with May and her son. The agency structure and communication is very professional. Cannot rate May and home from home enough.

Maxine was just amazing, I cannot thank her enough for how well she looked after Barney & Moose , they really did have the home from home experience, she sent me video and pictures every day , she knew I was worried about leaving them but within a couple of hours she sent me a video where they were been cuddled and playing with toys, tails wagging , this totally put my mind at rest , fantastic lady my boys had a great time with her, will recommend to all my friends and family this is the service to use

Really efficient and linked us up with a totally fab dog carer which means we can go away relaxed and confident that he is being well cared for

My dogs seemed to be very well looked after and made themselves thoroughly at home. One of my dogs was on medication which Jeremy administered and also coped with the fact that one dog could not go for a walk because of a leg injury but he was able to take the other one out.

My dog was happy and customer service is efficient. I just wish it wasnt so expensive. I try to make use of offeres

It was very easy to organise and completing a home visit prior to confirming the booking gave me confidence in the process and meant I felt comfortable with sending Bailey to board with Pascale. Pascale was amazing and looked after Bailey brilliantly. She was kind enough to send us updates about him and he had a wonderful time staying with her.

Karen was lovely and looked after my dog very very well.

Amelia looked after my dog Mac for the first time, she gave us regular updates and photos so we were reassured that he was well looked after and enjoyed staying with her

Easy to communicate with and great service provided

Pam and John were so warm and welcoming when we first took Millie for a meet and greet (earlier in the year) before her summer holiday stay. We were very reassured that Millie would be in diligent and experienced hands for her stay. Pam and John took excellent care of Millie; Millie has complex medical needs and Pam and John followed all our instructions and guidance on Millie's care and routine. They asked us questions about Millie's medical history which we really appreciated as it showed us they really cared for the dogs they look after. Pam and John sent us regular updates with photos during Millie's stay - we could see that Millie was very happy and relaxed. We would love for Pam and John to look after Millie again in the future.
