Home from Home Arvostelua 

Allowed a dog to escape their kennel and the perimeters of the kennels and subsequently the poor dog was ran over and passed away. I cannot imagine the pain the poor family are going through. By the sounds of it “home from home” haven’t had the decency to admit there has been an error on their part and have suggested to small cavapoo unlocked his own kennel and scaled a 6ft fence! I really hope the family get the justice they deserve for them and poor Freddie. My heart really does go out to them.

Collected our 2 boys a day earlier than expected - very disappointed and upset about the state they were in. We’ve used this kennel a few times - expensive but always thought the care was good. Today both dogs were returned to us soaking wet with urine on their underneath and both smelling absolutely awful, We were told that had we collected tomorrow as planned they would have been bathed but we were concerned that they were in that condition to start with and that they were returned to us in that condition. My youngest went into kennels with 2 balls (including his favourite) they have disappeared - he’s ball mad so that’s really annoying - an apology was given but that’s all - not even the offer of a new toy! The customer service was not satisfactory given the state the dogs were in. We had to drive home with all the windows open as the smell was so bad and both dogs had to be put straight in the shower as soon as they got home. HFH are by far the most expensive kennels we have used - we expect premium care for a premium price and this was sadly lacking - I was reminded that I had paid for standard care!!!! Will not be using again and have retracted my recommendation to anyone I have suggested this kennel to.
