3% Buyers Fee Beware
Why are reviews on this company not including the bad reviews?
Having bought and sold 2 properties in the last 18 years in Spain I contacted HomeEspana for information on a property we were interested in. I was told the property had a "Buyers Fee" of 3% on top of the price listed!
Therefore this company not only get the sellers fee they double it to a 6% fee! Sellers and Buyers.
When questioned about this they called it an exclusivity fee.
Speaking to various agents in Spain all were astounded by this.
SELLERS beware you are not getting a fair deal and a 3% sellers charge is more the norm nowadays than ever not robbing buyers with an additional charge.

However, I am afraid we must disagree with your remark that buyers need to beware. We always inform our clients about our fees and we are totally transparent. Your case was no different, as you indicate yourself in your comments. We are satisfied we did our job to inform you correctly and while we are sorry you do not wish to work with us, we do wish you the best of luck in your search for a property.

High Profesionalism in property sales
Homes Espania, La Zenia office, sold muyy home in the Torrevieja area in under 11 days. I was constantly kept informed regularly throughout the process by Gloria, who also engaged regularly with the purchaser, even advising them on local builders and acting as interpreters, for any extentions they required.
Everything was proficient and professional including their help with MAM, the solicitors.
Also advice on currency companies with regard to money exchange.
I would highly recommend Homes Espania to anyone contemplating selling or purchasing a property in Spain.

Jessica has lived in Spain for 27 years and knows the area and the properties like no other. She gave us perfect advice and found the ideal house for us based on our specifications. I highly recommend Home Espana to anyone buying a property for there professionalism , kindness , and for the way they treated my mother and partner.
I contacted Bex there first , she was fantastic to deal with very friendly and very helpful, they made everything so easy that within 2 days a property was bought , Jamie brought my family out to view a property and really looked after them ,
Then the lovely Sara walked them through the rest and they bought a beautiful 2 bed Apartment.
I cannot thank them enough for the way they treated my Family and the smooth transition.
Definitely one of the best out there !
