I purchased stuff for 28000 from Home centre they were supposed to send the stuff next day for which we are. Sales were only paying in the shop. I saw them handling the things really badly and I told them that he’s ensure that when you send them as they were bathroom the books and the are in the box as expected and the staff came things with inside attachments and nails missing. I have been calling last two days for the exchange and to send the right stuff with the New revert back. I have one lady‘s number who was there she picks up the call and she does not put me across to the manager also I’m so disappointed and it is a mistake I did by buying from Home Centre this is Home Centre in Phoenix Mall where I shop?

I have purchased wood dining table table and chairs. After few months I found that wooden powder falling from chairs which I found small cluster of holes in the wood which is caused by TERMITE. I have reported this issue, inspection was done by Home Centre technician and he accepted it is due to use of TERMITES infected substandard wood while manufacturing. After month of follow up Customer care informed that this due to usage not manufacturing defect and refused to replace defective product.This is ill logical. I am totally disappointed with this. They don’t have minimum common sense on how the Termite will come during usage. They have used substandard and Termite infected wood and finished the product and now Termites is active, eating wood, created holes and wood powder is falling.
I have decided to take this issue with Consumer Court.
Home Centre is very irresponsible , supplying substandard products and very poor customer care.

I have prchased 2 Shutter wardrobe high gloss wardrobe from Homecentre app on 9th August 2026. They delivered after 10 days but many parts of wardrobe were missing for which they sent again on 5september 2026 but still the missing parts were not there in the box.Now more than one month has passed the wardrobe is lying in our house on floor.Never ever trust homecentre and purchase from homecentre app online please dont fall into trap of the homecentre customer care as they only will fool us on phone and never deliver product on time.If they dont have the product they should refund the whole amount to customer.

This company is operating as the biggest Fraud and just scamming the customers. I ordered 5 furniture items from them on 7th July and was given a Delivery Date of 25th July. Nothing got delivered yet. Since that date, I have been following up with them and they keep givin assurances that it will get delivered tomorrow / day after, and then nothing gets delivered. Sometimes they said that items got damaged hence they won't be able to deliver and next day they themselves call and say that all items will get delivered next day. But obviously that also was a lie. If you want any hope to get what you ordered, stay away from HomeCentre. Horrible, lying, cheats they are. Pathetic customer service and zero accountability.

Very disappointing experience with Home Centre. Their promotions feel like bait advertising—they attract customers with offers that ultimately don’t seem to work as advertised.

We also called customer service about the promotion. We were told someone would call us back, but no one ever did. This is extremely poor customer service and shows a lack of respect for customers’ time.

Home Centre needs to be more transparent about its promotions and, more importantly, follow up when customers raise an issue. I expected much better from a well-known brand.

I purchased 3 piece recliner sofa set from home centre and after 3 years something broke inside and i called their customer care and their response is pathetic, they say they won't provide any service after 1 year even when I told them I will pay for service. Basically they don't care about their customers after 1 year.

Furniture looks great but is of cheap quality & cheating. When you check reviews in google please check newest review please don't get fooled. After payment they have no responsibility. Not even a contact number. Their toll free number is a fake service. For my case there is no delivery, no cancellation of order & no refund. I am going to consumer court.

Pathetic product and even more disgusting disappointing customer service
Bought multiple products but now dining chairs are getting stuck with dining table and chair material is tearing. When complained about it they simply say usage issue and no matter what you say or show they do not do anything
It’s like once the product is sold warranty will mean nothing. They just want to sell substandard products and has nothing to do with what customer experience is and how they are suffering

I had booked few product via online, still it's not delivered, when I talk to the customer service person shashanth he said he will check and call me, if we cancel the order then our money will be credited within a week or more

Ordered sofa on 11jun2026 and delivery date was 23jun 2026. After that the real game started. They have rescheduled it more than 5 times . Every time you ask there is one or the other reason including vehicle breakdown. They think customers are fool. Today is 15.jul.2026 still not received the ordered item. Never ever buy from home centre. Worst experience.

I ordered a flower vase on 25th June through website, not only did it came a bit late but I was sent a wrong flower vase. I mailed them and also sent them couple of pics on request. It has been four days since then and there is no response from their end, either through mail or phone call. Such a bad response from home center was never expected.

I ordered the Aubree Metal Pedal Waste Bin (5L, Black) for ₹999 on 27 June, and it was scheduled for delivery on 4 July. Not only did it arrive two days late, but it also reached me with a large dent, making it unacceptable as a brand-new product.

Either the item was inadequately packaged, with no bubble wrap or proper cushioning to protect it during transit, or a damaged piece was dispatched from the warehouse itself. Whichever the case, it reflects poor quality control and has caused unnecessary inconvenience and disappointment.

With so many reliable online shopping platforms available today, such as Amazon, Vaaree, Meesho, Nykaa and Ajio, customers naturally expect better standards of packaging, handling and delivery. Unfortunately, Home Centre fell far short of those expectations.

This was my first online purchase from Home Centre, and it has left a very poor first impression. I sincerely hope the company strengthens its packaging, quality checks and logistics because experiences like this only drive customers away.

My experience with Home Centre has been extremely disappointing. They failed to deliver my product on the promised date and kept postponing the delivery without providing a proper explanation. Customer support was not helpful and repeatedly made false promises instead of resolving the issue.

To make matters worse, when a refund is processed, the amount may be returned as store credit or wallet balance in some cases rather than directly to the original payment method, leaving customers to spend it again at Home Centre, Lifestyle, or other Landmark Group brands. This can be very frustrating for customers who simply want their money back.

Overall, I found the service unreliable, the customer support unsatisfactory, and the entire experience stressful. Based on my experience, I would advise others to think carefully before making a purchase from Home Centre.

We got a poor study table.
They described it is malemine laminate finish but what we got was just normal plywood study table without any finish. Edges toward kids write and all are little broken at edges which can hurt hands too. We tried to contact customer care which is a scam. They won't take call, if they take they speak in vey low volume so that we can't communicate with them. Every time its like that. If we send mail they will say within 2 days within 2 days but 2 days never come..... bull shirt

They are cheating us. Money wasted blindly trusting home centre. When we see the setup we trust them but when we order something big we understand what actually they do . Looting people's hard earned money.

I purchased a cot from Home Centre at Asian Mall, Bangalore, on 24/05/2026. Unfortunately, it has been one of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had.

The product delivered to me was defective. Since the day of delivery, I have been repeatedly following up with both the store staff and customer care for a replacement. However, I have received no proper support or resolution.

Today is 26/06/2026, and it has been more than a month since my purchase. Despite several follow-ups, the replacement product has still not been delivered or installed. The lack of customer service, accountability, and timely resolution is extremely disappointing.

I expected much better service from a reputed brand like Home Centre, but this experience has completely eroded my trust.

I strongly advise customers to think twice before purchasing from Home Centre. Poor product quality, delayed replacement, and inadequate customer support have made this a very frustrating experience.

I request Home Centre to resolve this issue immediately by delivering and installing the replacement cot without any further delay.

Very disappointing experience with Home Centre. The sofa developed defects immediately after installation, and although it was replaced/repaired once, the same issue reappeared within a few months. Despite following up for over a month, there has been no satisfactory resolution.

Poor product quality and equally disappointing after-sales service. The repeated defects and constant follow-ups have caused unnecessary stress. I expected much better from Home Centre.
