Hi Kevin
Thanks for the upbeat comments, greatly appreciated as we know you had to wait a little time for your chosen Replica "Dragon Fruit" to arrive from Thailand. Hopefully your elephant is now taking pride of place in your, or if it was a gift someone else's, home or workplace. Remember to place it facing a door or window to encourage luck and fortune into the surroundings!

Hi Carol
It's lovely to hear from you and we appreciate your comments but ... the products you kindly bought from us are actually perfume free!! The Relaxound boxes have relaxing natural sounds with no scent and the Rader vases simply look beautiful providing scent only through the flowers they hold :-).
We wonder if your kind words were meant for someone else who is now missing out on the compliments they deserve ;-)
Have a great weekend and we look forward to seeing you again soon

Great customer service
I ordered 2 very expensive lap trays. I wanted cushioned trays with no groves for dirt to collect. They are walnut and on both trays one corner was damaged in transit. Homearama quickly accepted that the trays were damaged, even though left their warehouse new. Replacements had to be ordered but were sent out as soon as they were available. Great product, love the trays, worth the money and great customer service.

Vastaus yritykseltä homeArama
Hi Diane
We're so happy the trays finally made it! Every Bosign LapTray is carefully hand-checked before we send it out to make sure the top surface is perfect. That’s why it’s really frustrating when damage happens during delivery, even though we wrap them extra well to keep them safe!
These trays are fantastic and built to last, so we hope they’ll be useful to you for years. Just wipe the top with a soft, damp cloth being careful not to scratch it, and if the cushion cover needs a refresh, you can easily remove it and throw it in the washing machine at 30 degrees.
We look forward to seeing you again soon
Kindest regards

Selling items that they do not have
I ordered a small item that should have arrived within a fortnight. It took over 2 months. They are selling drop ship, but do not make this clear on their website.

Hi Cherie
I can fully understand your frustration but I can assure you we are not selling Dropship we do hold considerable stock in our Bampton Oxford warehouse. I am truly sorry for the ridiculous delay in your particular items arriving. We were unaware that the Danish Distributor (who stocks for all of Europe & the UK) had, in December, sold their business to a German company. This resulted in delays of stock transference, repricing and then supplying. We have worked with Hachiman for many years now and this was completely unexpected and delayed all our orders.
Again I apologise and hope the Storage Boxes purchased meet expectations.
Kindest regards
Mike

Great selection of products and service!
HomeArama had a great selection of products, with more variety than big names like John Lewis for the brand I was interested in (Bosign).
The prices were very competitive, the communication was great, and the postage etc. was all as expected.
Very happy with my purchase and service!

Hi Emma
Thank you so much for your wonderful comments! As an independent retailer, we put a lot of effort into carefully choosing great brands and offering a wide selection for our customers. We're thrilled you found us and had a great experience!
We hope the Bosign LapTray meets all your expectations. Just a quick tip: the cover is easy to remove and can be machine washed at 30°C, while the top is best cleaned by simply wiping with a soft, damp cloth.
We can't wait to welcome you back again soon!

Hi Heather
Thanks so much for calling us to chat through your experience. We are more than sorry if there was confusion over the first order discount and, even worse, if we appeared grumpy or unhelpful over it. That is absolutely not our style and, as you can see from our many reviews, we pride ourselves on our friendly, human approach. Certainly we were stretched before Christmas and under stress but, even so, that would be no justification for any unfriendly attitude, please accept our apologies.
Your 10% first order discount is in hand and, as you kindly suggested, will be donated to a Cancer Charity, we will confirm details to you shortly.
Despite the above hiccup we are so pleased you love Pappelina rugs and that you will be back to see us for more!
