Updating my data was so easy! Fortunately I have never needed to use the service for my 15 year old dog, but it makes me feel more securing knowing I have it if I need it.

I have paid an annual premium membership for 10 years! I reported my pet missing on a Saturday. On Tuesday that report is still "in review"!! How is that helpful? It's not! This service is a complete scam.

I response to Home Again (HA) requesting additional details: Initial call and alert was made to HA on 7.11.26 @ 212p reporting my pet missing. Same day at 331p, I received an email requesting an updated photo. I responded via email with that photo at 344p, then called the emergency HA # at 345p to alert I had done so to expedite the alert! She was found Sun 7.12.26, but needed some attention and TLC so I didn't reach out to HA until 7.13.26 @ 8a to discover my report was "still in review"! Premium membership is supposed to get prompt service. I wouldn't classify that as being prompt!

The process of registering your pet is awful. You take information from the vet and dont have the owners sign or fill out a form to update info that the vet lacked on doing. You made the process the upmost difficult for us to register because no one communicated to us this process, nor would speak to my other half because you and the vet failed to have both owners down listed. So making it difficult for her to complete what should have been an easy process, then to tell her she had no authority to speak on behalf of our dog!? You should be ashamed! Fix your process and system.

I reported my kitten lost on the website and he was found before a “Lost” notice was put out. It was still “pending review “. I know decided to try online because in the past, live representatives were horrible. Any interaction seemed like I was inconveniencing them. To top it off, the prices keep going up- and for what!? I’m going to see what my other options are for this multi per household.

Total scam. They make you believe you have to pay them for your microchip to work. I realized sometime soon after my move and all our hectic things calmed down that this company had nothing to do with our pets microchip, I asked for a refund and was told to wait 45 days for the refund to go through, which is a lengthy time frame but I accepted it and went on about my life. Today, the 46th day, after many emails and calls I was told it would be another 45 days... I believe this company to be a scam.

After micro chipping my westie I went home to register, looks like website but not and cost me 100.00. Called # on card I got and I accidentally went to wrong site. He was so kind and even helped immediately get my money refunded from wrong site. Prefer you call phone number on card instead of online.

I paid HomeAgain for 14 years straight!! We had to put our beloved dog down because vets couldn't save her. It was HORRIBLE to call HomeAgain after the last renewal to try to cancel the membership and to hear a 3-second recording saying they are sorry about my loss and to leave the following information: owner's full name, email address, microchip number, dog's name, etc. AFTER only a few seconds, the voicemail says goodbye, and leaves you hanging without being able to give them the information. This is awful costumer service for a client that used your services for more than 14 years!!!!

Pet membership expires today. Web site will not let me complete renewal. Have called 3 times - all said I had to wait until today but still not accepting renewal

My voicemail message is in Spanish, so when I didn't answer the first call from HomeAgain, they had another operator who speaks Spanish try to contact me. Excellent persistence!

Sold a dog to a client and Home again won't let them transfer. I 've spoken to HomeAgain Customer service twice.....useless.

easy set up/registration.

I have received multiple emails stating my dog's membership has been cancelled yet I have multiple charges put through on my Discover charge for the year membership. This is a terrible company.

My beloved pet passed, and the ridiculous team of Home Again did not want to help me cancelling the membership of the old pet and registering my new puppy. They had no problems taking my money, but when it comes to help you they have found excuses not to do so. Extremely disappointing.

It’s been 7 weeks since I ordered my dogs metal ID tag with name, phone # and microchip # for his collar in case he gets lost and keep being told it’s a delay from the postal service. I have called at least 3 times, escalated to management and they keep telling me it’s on its way! Don’t order with them!! Unacceptable!!! I pray I don’t lose my doggie waiting for these bozos to get it to me!!

This fabulous service helped us get our lost dog back safe and sound and we highly recommend it.

Incessant “lost pets in your area” emails for months that i cannot unsubscribe from and they’re not anywhere near my area! In fact, after i tried to unsubscribe, i started getting hammered with more. The customer service email i sent bounced back - lovely.

Many years ago enlisted their service. Their help was worth ZERO. Now I get dozens of emails about lost cats and dogs NOWHERE near our town! Many miles away. Tried for weeks to UNSUBSCRIBE using their own process and THEY WILL NOT STOP. Relentless. Call them and you get a notice -- "Sorry, there is no one to answer your call." Use an alternate service if your loving cat or dog goes missing!

Terrible. Every time i try add my pet it tells me his microchip can’t be found. I fought w them for 3 months gave up. Now my pet is missing and im trying to set it up again 7 months later and still can’t & no one responds to the email or picks the phone up. Highly appalled and mad.

Honestly one of the best companies i've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Half the price of my previous company and double the customer service.
