Holistic Parenting Universe by Dr.Nalini Sankar Arvostelua 

This is the second brainathon that I am participating. With the first one I felt like a challenge to complete each day. But this season, I didn't feel any huddle and it was like my day to day activity. The routine was set and everything fell in place .

I had trouble deciding where to start with RBE course after going through the material. Then Brainathon S3 happened. Dr. Nalini's daily guidelines and motivation acted as a kick starter in the right direction. I was a bit doubtful at the start whether we could do it everyday but decided to stick to it no matter what. The routine was short and so doable that we happily did it every single day even when we were not feeling well. This has encouraged me to go on.

First of all a big thank you to Nalini mam who motivated me to complete this s-3 without fail…At first my daughter is not interested in attending the session but due to consistency now she is very interested about flash cards.. though it takes very less time it creates great bonding between me n my daughter.. Because of everyday rb activities I came to learn how to spend quality time with my kids..my daughter intrest towards books also increased..

My daughter is 1 year and 4 months old. I joined in the community by the end of may 2023. It has been just 15 to 20 days since a member. Even in this short span of time, I witness many changes in my daughter. I see her getting even more attached to me. I see her grasping things even quicker than before. My daughter and I share a beautiful bond in which both of us are extremely happy. Our flashcards and activities sessions are the best time of our day. I am surprised to see that my daughter looks up to the activity time each day. I finished watching the course modules within 3 to 4 days of joining as they were simple, easily understandable and crisp. When I was wondering where to start, came the 21 days Brainathon challenge through which Nalini mam is guiding us so well. It's like she holding our hands and taking one step at a time. Her focus is to make us follow RBE in the long run and not rushing and ending up in a month or two. I am extremely grateful to Universe for landing me at the right place for parenting, offering me with the best mentor and a wonderful community. I am also grateful to myself for pursuing this to bring a change in the future generations and my daughter for co operating so well. My goal is to become a certified RBE coach and serve the parents by allowing them witness the true happiness of parenting that I enjoy.

The Brainathon experience Nalini conducted was the best way to incorporate all the rbe activities withon 21 days. This gave me the push to do rbe sessions without fail woth my kid. Not just rbe she talks more about how to stay connected with kid.

Brainathon started as soon as I joined your course. It helped me set a routine for my RBE journey. If not for Brainathon, I would have been wondering when, where, what to start. Few things I really loved about the program.
1) Prompts kept us motivated to do the routine everyday.
2) Set a beautiful pattern to be followed a lifetime.
3) Gave a deeper perspective of how everyday chores/play can be turned into fun rbe sessions and life lessons.
4) Covered almost all the topics in course with fun activities.
5) Nalini mam and the whole society was very helpful in clearing any doubts I had.

First of all I would like to thank Nalini Mam and all the moms of the community.
When BrainathonS2 started I was consistent for 5 days. later had uncertain situations at home but one thing i had in my mind throughout was to engage my baby with this BrainathonS2 challenge.

This thought of engaging my baby not only helped me but also helped my baby to learn and explore many things.

These activities slowly became our routine, build strong bond/connections/understanding with my family and my baby.

21/90 rule - it takes 21 days to build a habit and 90 days to build a lifestyle. As per this rule after completing 21 dayd BrainathonS2 challenge whatever we have learnt and experience became a habit now and will continue these activities to add value for my baby's future.

Experience - daily challenges/activities of BrainathonS2 became our routine and we (entire familybn my baby) used yo wait for the instructions to participate which was fun loving moment for all of us.

My RBE journey started with Brainathon season 2. It stimulated me and my baby girl to proceed in the holistic parenting travel. There was a good response from my baby when compared to day 1 until now. She seems to progressively connect with me during the flash card sessions. Thanks to DR Nalini mam :)

1. Joining Nalini Mam's classes is definitely a best decision taken ever. As it's not just a class or a workshop for us it's a continuous HAPPY JOURNEY which keeps we moms stay focussed,determined to do our best for the kids..and she is a continuous support system which we can ever imagine to have in our lives.
2. Its all about connecting with our baby... Is the KEY
3. A complete shift in my mindset, my approach towards bringing up my kid. Actually I am a new human all together today... The way I think,i respond,i empathize, everything has changed and I can proudly say i am more peaceful inside.
4. We just need to be honest to ourselves and follow religiously whatever is inside the course and start implementing even if it is bit by bit.... Just doing is the key...
5. This brain a thon S2 is just beginning and we all have a long way to go, to learn ,to implement and live the fruits of our hardwork.

Dr Nalini has given the best materials and inputs to help-us parents to nurture early brain development, thus aiding in whole brain development. Guiding and motivating us constantly helped us finish the Brain-a-thon session with ease. This also helped me is setting up a routine in brain training activities.

Before brainathon i thought I need whole day to do all those things of rbe.but now I understood i can do it within 15min whatever the situation n the environment is.and i can see the results of sleep talk and other activities too.. I m doing affirmation for my baby consistently but now I m doing for my self too so it's give very positive vibes to me.only con is i felt difficult in watching the video's of brainathon even it's 1 min because of poor network.i m stressed about trying to watch the video for a whole day.so i like to thank the brainathon partners supraja and sayashree who helped me .so if you post the task in words along with video helps lot it's possible.

This challenge was very useful in exploring new things.Was surprised to see my child guessing right while doing linking memory.My child was enjoying warm up excercise and eve excercise.He was enjoying music.Thank you Nalini ma'am for giving the opportunity to participate and showing the right way to approach with the baby
