Before i attended vinay’s coaching i was at the point of studying out of pressure , i didn’t even had a proper” why “ to work consistently .. even though deep down i know i can be consistent (coz i was in other aspects ) something felt off with me.
I got aware of my patterns like fear of uncertainty and being abandoned in the past which dictated my life so much and gave me so much inertia to start anything that is uncertain and doesn’t give result quickly which eventually made me to develop a mindset of “all or nothing “ and attaching my entire self worth to my achievements which ultimately led me to a point where resting felt like a mistake

After vinay’s 1:1 session he gave me a lot of perspective shifts and also he guided me to find my inner childhood wounds (past) that was subconsciously ruining me in the present and made me unhappy

Reflecting on my journey, I can genuinely say it has helped me in ways that are deeper than I initially expected.

Before starting, I intellectually understood many of my patterns—but through this coaching, I was able to actually feel and identify where they were coming from. A lot of my emotional reactions, self-doubt, overthinking, and inner resistance started making more sense when I connected them to deeper understandings and my own past experiences.

What shifted most for me is awareness. I’ve become more conscious of my triggers, my inner dialogue, and the patterns I was unconsciously repeating. Instead of reacting automatically, I now pause more, observe more, and respond with greater compassion toward myself.

I also feel more emotionally honest with myself. I am able to create habits that are necessary for my growth—it has been about creating a safer relationship with myself, and that itself feels like a meaningful change.And for that, I’m grateful.

One to one coaching from Vinay has been a gane changer for me. I accomplished a mammoth task if writing my 3 books after I joined his one to one Coaching.

Just came out of the Thinkathon, and wow – my brain is buzzing (in the best way!).

The thinkathon turbo 12 was mindblowing because it is very crisp and well managed sessions , by coach Vinay , very focused way to get clarity on many aspects , including , goal clarity and words fall short to express this , in fact everyone needs to do it ! Mindful mornings - a great start for the day with GAME habits.
I am grateful to myself for taking out time for self care and growth. It helps me think where I am heading. The practice of Gratitude habits everyday help me be grateful for the person I am, the people and things I have. It also helps me appreciate my skills and efforts.
Affirmations help me to think positively about my goals and intentions. They align my thoughts with the goals I need to achieve.
Meditation helps me slow down my thoughts, become calmer and more mindful.
Exercise helps me keep my body fit, energetic and flexible. It charges me up and release the energy.

We did the personal codex session, it is amazing to get into self-awareness, say no to the activities stopping us from reaching the goal, sort our mornings, raise the inner energy before we step into the world. These activities really help in living life in a better way.

Working with Vinay through personal coaching has been a truly eye-opening experience. I had a three months one to one coaching with Vinay. I am very happy with the results.

Today I went through a reiki session Vinay did on me.This was a miracle that happened and addresses all my problems in a single session.
I was automatically getting the best answers to my biggest problems.
Something was moving inside me as vibrations that were as if scanning me physically emotionally and mentally.

Got all my answers and it happens to be the best morning of my life.

I attended the Inner Peace Retreat in January 2025. It was an amazing experience. I was fortunate to attend this retreat. There were amazing sessions of tremendous value and exercises were well-designed to help get clarity of future and vision to unleash the potential. The energy in the room was awesome. The atmosphere and venue were serene and very peaceful.

I attended the inner peace retreat in January 2025,held by ETH. There is a complete shortage of words to explain the experience. I was fortunate to have my spouse as well in this experience.There was clarity of future , vision to unleash the potential which is there in me . The energy in the physical room was far different from the virtual meets. The atmosphere was serene and very peaceful. The bunch of coaches was awesome, and it was more of a close-knit family, holding each other so that we do not trip and fall like a safety net. The biggest gift of this retreat is that as a couple we are on the same page with each other with our thought processes towards the success which we deserve.
