Holden Group Arvostelua

I spoke to Lisa Henry to arrange a service for my Volvo and she was helpful, professional and a great communicator. The whole process was so straightforward and it was lovely to experience such a high standard of customer service, which is rare these days!

I called Kia to arrange a service for my car. A gentleman called Matt dealt with my call. He was both professional and accommodating of my complex needs for the service. Being new to the area I didn’t know if there was easy access to the city whilst my car was serviced. Matt provided service metaphorically speaking ‘Service with a smile’, which goes a long way for me.

Long wait to answer but service MOT booking arranged as requested with Lisa

Ron Eskdale very helpful and very pleasant when I booked my car in for service. Very knowledgeable about the process etc.

Excellent service from the Honda showroom. Both the service and MOT were completed properly and on time. Staff were professional and helpful throughout. Highly recommend.

We booked a car service and MOT with Ron Eskdale who we found to be efficient and helpful.

I phoned to explain that my car had broken down and Lisa took all the information and passed it on to the workshop. She phoned back and arranged for me to leave the car at Holden Renault.
She was extremely helpful and efficient… thank you, Lisa.

Ron Eskdale was able to get my particulars on screen nice and quickly and found me a spot in the timeframe that I preferred; he also left a couple of notes for what I would like to do when I get there.

Phoned in and had a long wait but eventually asked to leave a message. Ron Eskdale got back to me as promised and helped me book my car for its service with professionalism and politeness. Always happy to deal with this branch - their customer service has always been great - thank you!

Very helpful, friendly staff, very good experience

Lisa was very helpful and explained everything very well. Thank you.

Booking our Volvo in for its first service today was a very easy process and was made even easier with the help of Lisa Henry Customer Care hub advisor. Who answered all our questions in great detail.

I rang to book our car in for an MOT, the lady I spoke to - Lisa Henry was very helpful and lovely to talk to, car was booked in with no problems.

I rang to add a service to a repair job that was booked in and Mathew was very helpful in doing this

A friendly efficient knowledgeable call. Straight forward booking.

Great Service Team - from booking, checking in and servicing I have been so impressed with the full team at Kia Norwich. Great communication while my car was serviced, videos and a polite call explaining issues found that required resolution. All completed on time and in budget. Great job guys and thanks.

A telephone call to Holden Norwich to arrange a three year service and MoT was dealt with efficiently & in a friendly manner by Ron Eskdale. He quickly confirmed that this was covered by the service package I had purchased previously so the costs were covered. He mentioned additional options that were available at the three year point but there was no hard sell for these. A date was arranged and this was then quickly confirmed by both email & text.

Samantha Fuller was most efficient and helpful and pleasant.

Had a problem with our Volvo and was given excellent service and advice from Matthew Buttle. He was extremely helpful and efficient and our problem was sorted by Volvo Assist in no time. Would highly recommend.
